The hotel room itself was nice. The staff weren’t too friendly but they weren’t rude. The hotel lounge for the drinking time period was loud. You could hear people talking from the fourth floor.

I can't speak highly enough about the staff. We received such a warm welcome from Dee upon are arrival it was amazing! Aside from the breakfast buffet they have a modest evening buffet each, also free. We were unable to partake as we had tickets for a performance, but hopefully another time. Our room was very clean and incredibly spacious. The decor was nice, which included a partial brick wall in the sitting area. The bedding was comfortable, but the mattress was too soft for me. The room was along the perimeter of the atrium and near the elevator, which between the two was a bit noisy. It wouldn't keep me from staying again, I'd just twist one down a hallway. I highly recommend Darryl's for lunch or dinner. Large menu and delicious Memphis style BBQ. Super nice staff too!

You gotta love a place that not only feeds you breakfast, but also dinner, and drinks included too! Indoor and outdoor pool as well as a hot tub, you cant get better. 10/10 will always go back to a Drury!

The best staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. This had some noises like street noise and construction next door but the treatment from the staff makes you forget all of that.

Good hotel. Not as nice as other Drury hotels I’ve stayed. Main door locks at 5 without a key card. Security officer stationed in lobby around 9pm for the night. Never been to the area and it seemed safe enough but the locking of the door and security threw me off a bit. Made me wonder if it wasn’t a good area. I didn’t see that it wasn’t in other reviews before I booked. Overall, the hotel was clean, customer service was great, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I’d stay there again.

I needed a getaway to rest from 10 years of caregiving. Drury was the perfect place to restore. Friendly helpful staff. Clean room with an oh so comfortable bed and a great breakfast suitable for my severe dairy issues. I can always find well seasoned foods and clean safe peaceful stay

10/10 I would definitely recommend and be coming back to stay here. Not only was the check in process was a breeze, the staff was great, they offer complimentary fresh popcorn in the lobby along with dinner and drinks.

This hotel compared to others in the immediate area is a 10/10. Free breakfast, Free dinner and snacks with free alcoholic drinks and free Soda. I would definitely stay here again. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels in room. Hot tub needs a good cleaning but pool was perfect temp.

It’s really a cute place .. Nicole checked me in she was fantastic, welcomed us, made sure I had transportation to the concert, showed me around the lobby, dining area.. Definitely will stay again!

For starters, Nicole at the front desk provided exceptional service. We normally stay at one of the hotels in the cluster farther off the main road but they were all booked. I was hesitant to stay here, but likely to stay again. Clean & comfy & the walking distance to Darryl’s restaurant didn’t hurt either.

Hotel in need of repairs. Happy hour and breakfast staffed with 1 person. Ran out of food quickly and staff did not return for approximately 20-30 minutes. Upkeep at hotel lacking. Large fight in parking lot at 1:00am. Hotel has overnight armed guard because of frequent issues.

I typically love Drury Inn and Suites. There seems to be one wherever each of my four children live, so I feel like I can say that I frequent them. I usually stay at the one in Burlington several times a year. That one was sold out so I decided to try the one in Greensboro. I will never do that again. The first night the room stunk so badly of smoke but I didn't want to complain then there was crazy amounts of noise throughout the hotel until 3:00 am. So the next morning I requested a room change. The two ladies at the desk were wonderful and got me a new room One of them was Nicole. Extremely personable and efficient. The new room stunk as well but it was quieter, so I dealt with it. The next day Nicole informed me that she had comped my first night because it was so awful. I was so very appreciative of that gesture. I have now been home three days and there is no comp on my charge card. So to wrap up, the entire hotel was sub par and the employees should only say things they actually mean because all misinformation does it make it worse.

The hotel was clean and and quiet except the garbage truck pick up at 5:30am. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside is I was in town for a dog show and there is miminal grass to potty dogs.

I love tht there are ppl that are black that work as staff and it’s very diverse breakfast and dinner for free and also alcohol beverages also the swimming pool and jacuzzi give it the razzle dazzle tht it needs

Love the rooms, very spacious for what I am paying for, pool and linens were all well maintained, bathroom was confusing, the soap dish was at eye level and the shower head sprayed out the side, and the faucet wouldn't catch to turn from bath to shower easily (water pressure issue I think), otherwise a wonderful stay, I'm definitely coming back

The lobby area was too small for a hotel of this stature. You come in the front entrance and are immediately on top of reception and area. If someone is in the process of registering, you can not get around them and their luggage.

Very friendly & competent staff. Great location close to I-40. Good breakfast & happy hour. Only suggestion is to add some gluten free options at both functions. A hard cider &/or seltzer would be great.

I had a great day I only had one problem. They have no security by the pool area adults and children who were not staying at the hotel were jumping over the gate to get in the pool and it was just disgusting they even left a 6 month old baby out in the sun for hours not cool so if you stay there mention that to the front desk.
