Breakfast was very good. Our grandsons loved the fact there was a basketball half court. The front office staff could not have been more accommodating. All requests and questions were answered with smiling faces!

The only issue was the elevator nearest my room was down for maintenance most of my stay. The people were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful, and my room was clean. Great place to stay.

disappointed that I had to be relocated to another hotel, approximately a half hour away, putting me further away from the conference I was attending and causing me to be late to my first event since what was expected to be a 15 minute commute ended up being more like an hour back-and-forth

Perfect hotel for families we had a soccer tournament and this hotel was perfect clean, great service from front desk at check in (Angelito) was nice and professional. Our room was spacious, as soon as I walked in the room smelled good it was cozy. The beds we so comfortable. The next morning we went down for breakfast and we were surprised with all the choices. Waffles, fruit, oatmeal, eggs,sausage, potatoes to name a few there was something for everyone everything was fresh and clean. The ladies at the breakfast work really hard to keep everything stocked and clean. We were so pleased we made sure to leave them a tip. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property description on Expedia is not accurate , there was no room service, no housekeping asked for more towels and blankets they said I had to go get it at the front desk , the walk to front desk is about 5-10 min walk!!! Elevator was not working properly

Looks like property used to be an apartment or condo complex, which isn’t a bad thing. Room came with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a FULL kitchen with an oven. The only mild downside was the breakfast area and outdoor hot tub was a little smaller than other Residence Inn locations I’ve stayed at, but all in all great place. Would stay again.

The staff was great and the room LOOKED clean, but our room had ants and so did the breakfast station, and everytime i said something the staff would be like "oh we're sorry about that." And then stare at you until you awkwardly left. House keeping is the only person who actually seemed concerned when i mention it to them. Its so so.

The hotel room was extremely loud was woken up multiple times throughout the night. Could hear when someone in another room. Flushed their toilet. The beds were the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Check in was quick and easy. The Assistant Manager checking us in was very friendly and knowledgeable. Room: Clean and spacious. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast: There was a nice variety of hot and cold breakfast items offered.Seating indoors and outdoors. Try to avoid outdoors because there are a lot of wasp around. Our only complaint is the hallway (3rd fl) had an odor of dog poop. Once I smelled it, I couldn't unsmell it.

Had a great experience. Hotel was clean and spacious. Everyone was helpful and attentive. We will definitely be back. Our daughters have soccer tournaments in San Diego every year around this time and this is a great hotel to stay in.

Conveniently located near Legoland, so we were able to drive there within 10 minutes each day. Many food options within a short drive, and my kids loved the breakfast being served (they’re easy to please when it comes to breakfast, but that feature was a key draw). Easy and family-friendly. We had the 2-bedroom suite, so plenty of space for our four kids to spread out and relax after a long day at Legoland and the beach. Love the mobile key option through the Marriott app so I didn’t have to dig through my purse looking for the key card each time.

The Stay at Residence Inn was not a disappointment! Although my overall experience was. I booked well in advance, I was sent several confirmations, I had faith I could travel 5 hrs with 3 kids and not worry about our stay. I tried to check in as scheduled and was told to go to another place for the first night of my 3 day reservation due to overbooked,then check out there with hopes of a suite to be ready for us by checkout therefore they would upgrade me to a 2 bedroom for the inconvenience. With no options I agreed. The place they sent us to was questionable as for safety as well as dirty and uninviting.At checkout time our suite still was not ready for 2 more hours.I had to stay an extra day just to forfill the kid's experience at $400 per night. I chose Residence Inn for a safe,comfortable,no worry stay with my 3 grandkids it was a big disappointment.
