My room was literally falling apart. Carpet was unraveling and had red stains all over it, not blood but like a paint. The walls in the bathroom looked like they were suffering from water damage but kept being repaired, but looked terrible. The room didn’t have black out curtains but a very bright street light right outside. Breakfast was bad, not worth eating. The coffee was not bad. The halls had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The room had a strange layout where the tv could not be viewed from the beds like you would find in most rooms.

This is a pleasant hotelm staff is amazing and the breakfast options are wonderful. The only issue I had was the early morning noise for breakfast preparation. My room was 113 unfortunately next to the kitchen /prep area. That also meant alo of other guests going down early to eat and making a lot of noise in the hallway. However, don't let that detour you. This is a wonderful hotel. I will stay again if needed but will ask for a room for from the front of the hotel and first floor. Thanks to the amazing staff.

This is a nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the breakfast wasn’t the best.

Hotel is dated currently and will be remodeled in the new year. Nether the less rooms were quite comfortable and staff were very attentive. The rooms are large and spacious and it is a convenient location in Southern Pines.

Overall the property was fine. Our room did not have blackout curtains, only sheets and the lights from the parking lot were shining in all night. The breakfast was simply awful.

This was very convenient to the hospital. Nice staff at the front desk with checking in and out. Good breakfast and coffee. Clean room and bathroom. My air conditioning didn’t work well in the room.

The 2 ladies at the front desk Saturday night and Sunday morning were so kind. The one on Sunday morning even offered to help me carry my bags when there wasn’t a cart available and I have a shoulder injury. I will definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel over a week ago and asked specifically if there would be room for me to park my truck and trailer. Only to finally arrive at the hotel after 4 hours on the road and there is no parking anywhere. I had to contact another hotel and get a room there that could accommodate my trailer.

When checking in was told my card did not go through from Hotels.com and they had to check my card. Turns out it was for incidentals. Make sure you pay attention.

Overall the experience was excellent with the exception of room cleanliness. The carpet in the restroom and into the bedroom was filthy with numerous obvious black spots. Makes us wonder about the rest of the room. Also, the restroom sink had very little pressure and never produced anything but cold water.

The room was spacious with a small desk and large sofa. Everyone was friendly. I was expecting a continental breakfast, but there were eggs each morning and plenty of yogurt and oatmeal. We were really lucky to have such a comfortable place to stay and will stay there again on our next visit.
