For well over 200/night you get a miniscule TV and a lot of noise in the hallway. I paid just over half as much for a room with an ocean view at the coast the next day. All of the hotels around Forest Grove are ridiculously overpriced, stay in Hillsboro and save yourself 100 bucks.

Our stay was wonderful! The only complaint I have is that the bathroom needs some updates with the ventilation. We had a bigger room and the one side with the bathroom was so hot and muggy. The bathroom fan didn’t really work. It was muggy and was smelly. That’s my only complaint. I would totally stay here again. The breakfast was good and the staff were great.

Our stay at Best Western University inn was as usual, outstanding! Front desk ladies were awsome! There was 1 particular woman who went beyond her job to help us! I really regret not getting her name!

We had a great stay at the Best Western University Inn & Suites! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable! My girls loved the pool & hotub! The breakfast was really great! I was well presented and also had A LOT of variety! We will definitely visit again!

Very quiet, hardly any guests when we stayed there. Pool and workout room is open 24 hours - that's different. Above average hotel breakfast with eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, waffle machine, cereal, bread/bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, juices, etc. Very polite woman running the breakfast. Also the front desk staff when we checked out was very friendly. The guy who checked us in at like 9 pm wasn't so great. The door was locked, and we stood outside for several minutes waiting to get in. He was on the phone. He saw us after a couple minutes and held up a finger to wait, and after a few more minutes let us in and said nothing about it. Very abrupt and maybe not very happy to be there. Not terrible, but not great either.

Beds not too comfortable. No housekeeping. Garbage full and no toilet paper. Asked housekeeping to come but never did. Great breakfast

Propèty was dated and old. Carpet old and stained in rooms. Pool area was clean and modern. Breakfast was larger with many selections . Desk and housekeeping staff were helpful with average customer service. Breakfast staff was very cordial and went above to please customers.

Loved how clean and convenient this place was for my family and I . The breakfast was great and very good. The only downfall was that we wanted to enjoy the indoor pool and it was closed due to some cleaning and upgrades for the 3 night we were their . But overall I would be staying here anytime i visit the area.

The staff was warm and welcoming and the room was mostly clean except the bathroom. I found alot of hair in and around the tub when I arrived. Which is really kind of gross.

Highly recommend. The property is well-maintained, the rooms were spotless; very neat, clean and all the light fixtures worked! The beds were super comfortable, too! Friendly staff and definitely recommend if in the area.

The room smelled a little musty but not too bad and it was very clean. But, we were woken up during the night by a small dog barking across the hall from us. They should have a section of the motel for travelers with pets. Also we enjoyed the pool and spa but they need to put new jets in the spa as they are very strong and it's hard to sit in it as the water splashes above your head. We would definitely stay there again. Staff was extremely friendly.

The breakfast and hydration center was nice. The pool are is very cute and comfortable for parents to watch children swim. There is also a yogurt (Pink spoon)place 6minutes away walking. My kids really enjoyed that.

Always helpful staff at check in helping us to find dining. Careful to give us a quiet room after driving all day. Construction being done and elevator didn’t work so she put us in the ground floor.

Pleasantly surprised. Everything exceeded my expectations. We stayed for 3 nights had breakfast available to us and self serve beverages throughout the day. Staff is very attentive and friendly. I would definitely return if the opportunity arose.

My kids and I enjoyed the nice pool and hot tub! The breakfast was great! There were delicious fresh baked cookies at our evening check-in! The evening and morning staff were helpful and kind! They did a great job with breakfast and made my kids waffles! Thank you!

Really dirty. Bath tub wasn’t clean. Tons of hair in it. Shower curtain was dirty also. Carpets are old and dirty. Pillows are outdated and old. Property is super noisy. The cleaning person started at 7:30am with the noisiest blower. You can hear other rooms. TV and other noises. Cleaning people are not quiet in the hallways. The most disgusting smell exist in the elevator. The only good thing was the nice attitude of the reservation people.
