I have nothing bad to say about Lexington Inn. The rates are great, the rooms are comfortable, the staff was absolutely amazing to us and kind. We did unfortunately have a room that didn’t have a dresser which was a bummer but that is all. Our kids like the continental breakfast because they have delicious juices to choose from!

The rooms I booked had not been cleaned. One room reeked of cigarettes. The other had feces in the toliet, underwear and other sexual costumes in the bed. The light fixtures were sparking and not working properly. When asked for housekeeping to come and clean the room we were told nobody was able to come and clean the rooms. We went to the front desk and were told housekeeping had left at 3 and there were no other rooms available to accommodate our party. The locks on the doors were also broken.

I stayed at the Lexington Inn for one night while visiting Windsor. The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and the city center, and has a free shuttle service and free parking. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of dishes, and the restaurant had a nice ambiance.

Despite being a non-smoking property, our room stank of cigarettes smoke. Instead of switching our rooms, they sprayed an air freshener. We needed to open the window and turn on the heater all night.

This property is rundown and attempts to upgrade it fall short. The common areas were dirty. Our room locked a drain in the bath lack of towels, holes in the wall. There is currently a lot of children and families of immigrants housed in the motel. They continue to run the hallways long into the evening hours, causing a lot of noise.

The property is old and poorly maintained, for example half of the electric outlets in the room didn't work and bathroom faucet licked. You get a sense cheapness. From the quality of the towels to minimalist complementary breakfast. Overall this property is way below par for properties in low price range.

A really good deal for a in-sleep-out kind of place. My overall rating when taking account of the price is a 4 of 5 Staff was super nice. the room was clean. However it was outdated, and in need of some TLC. But $100 for a night's sleep and a morning shower was a steal. The bonus was the service. Thank you.

Very shocked by the hotel and room condition-especially considering the price. The walls and fixtures, as well as the curtains are filthy. Bedding also appears dirty. Wallpaper is peeling. One outlet had large and very clear marks from a recent electrical fire. We handed our key back in shortly after checking in and asked for a refund due to unsafe fire hazard conditions and unsanitary room. Waiting to hear from manager about refund status.

This very out-dated and run down hotel is not for you if you were born in Canada and just need a peaceful night’s sleep! There are families of Refugees staying there that have no concern for the disruptive noise that they and their children make, slamming doors yelling, early in the morning to about midnight! The beds were made and the bathroom was clean. But weird stains, rust, marked up walls/ furniture and a broken door (card swipe) lock made for an unpleasant stay.

There was old dental floss picks under the tv stand. The ironing board had a number of holes in it as well as the drapes. The light fixtures were broken and torn, the tv remote didn’t work, batteries in the remote were held in by tape. Saw a bug crawling on the mini fridge. Overall pretty poor condition.

The staff member on duty was very polite upon arrival and very helpful when checking in. The hotel itself needs improvement all around. There is a very narrow staircase to the second floor with no elevator service. The room itself had a good appearance but the bed was not comfortable at all, fridge doesn't keep things cold and the tv is very small with limited cable to choose from. It says "No smoking," but there was very strong tobacco and marijuana smells throughout the second floor. I walked into the front doors and the guy in front of me was smoking as he walked to his hotel room. The parking lot is very confined as well. In total, I would give this a 2 out of 5 stars.

Room was extremely tired looking, couch stained and arm of the couch was broken, vent cover in bathroom covered in dust, lampshade covers ripped and torn. Coffee machine had a hole in it.

This hotel is absolutely pathetic and disgusting. There is mould on the walls, wallpaper all lifting, mould on the mirror from the water build up, and the manager is absolutely disgusting and rude. The smell of smoke through the halls when it’s a non smoking hotel, and the sound of a barking dog in the room across from us all night was just the cherry on top. This hotel is not even worth $20 a night. Don’t waste your money and do yourself a favour and book something else.
