Shower was handicap and water flowed into whole bathroom floor making it slippery it had no rubber splash guard.

Not happy and comfortable. Not value for money. Not the quality and standard we had in other double tree hotels. Very old many in room service and facilities don’t work.

The room was clean and I loved the balcony. The staff were friendly and helped with any questions that we had. The hourly shuttle to and from the hotel to town helped a lot with getting around. Additionally, we didn't have to pay extra to park.

It was dirty massive gaps in doors you can hear everything everyone was complaining about it even the elevator lights didn't work.. not one person I met in hallway was happy to be there

The bathroom had a roach crawling around that I had to kill. The closet didn't have a door. There was no microwave in the room. The amount I paid the balcony had no space. It felt like a tiny rectangle. The TV was a basic TV where it didn't have where you can watch movies such as Netflix nor a connection to be able to share your screen. The neighbors had a dog that would not stop barking. The staff was very friendly and respectful overall.

Carpet is a little gross/outdated. Also, was listed to have internet and a hot tub neither of which worked during my stay. Smells like they just spray the carpet to keep it clean as I didn’t see a single vacuum during my 6 day stay. Bars tvs went out and no one even attempted to fix them and they were out for the rest of my stay. Bed was comfortable and the staff was nice.

It’s a little bit far to Keywest central which have food&drink and shopping. However, they have shuttle every hour to the central and every hour 20 mins to the hotel. The way is around 20 mins.

Michelle at the front desk Bravin from Kenya and Atila from Hungary in the restaurant were above and beyond friendly and welcoming. They all had amazing positive attitudes and made it fun to stay. Great vibes and did their jobs well!!! Loved those three!! All people in the hotel industry should take their example!!

This hotel looks nice on the outside but inside its old and in bad shape. Our ac didn't work and they couldn't fix it nor provide a another room. The bathroom shower didn't drain and had rust all around the outside of the tub. The carpet looked old and dirty. The hotel and a weird smell about it also. The staff was friendly but would not refund our night only the resort fee. So we paid $292.00 for a room with a non working ac and a rusty tub that would not drain. We had booked 3 nights but decided to leave after the first night. Very disappointed in this hotel.

The hotel is poorly maintained and not worth the price. The safe has no battery, fire alarm extremely loud and no announcement, the room is old and looks like the hall way got flooded

Sounded like there was construction going on in the room next to ours. Very noisy during the day and early (8:30) in the morning. Access panel next to the patio door looked horrible. NO microwave. I have always been happy staying here but may consider staying elsewhere.

We checked in on Thanksgiving Day and checked out 4 days later. From the front desk staff, to the room cleaning staff, we found the service to be excellent. Our room was very clean, so was the property overall. The one area of opportunity, the bathtub in our room needs some love, you can tell it’s well used, but overall, great stay for my family

Very disappointed for rhis "Resort". One night for my wifes birthday @ $350 and at 7 AM the noise started like our room was on top of a laundromat...no rest or relaxation here. Electric outlets falling off wall, etc.

4 night star, housekeeping never serviced the room once despite telling reception on the 3rd morning.., only got fresh towels because we took them from the kart. Never be back, the world is full of choices

Was told to move my car (which was curbside not blocking the empty driveway) to the parking lot in the middle of check in. My car was full of luggage I was planning to unload, but I obliged. No help was offered. Self park the only option. AC unit in my room was screaming for service at an unhealthy 88 decibels so I asked to be moved. Both options were downgrades. (1st floor or no balcony). Moved all my luggage to the opposite side of the hotel, again, no help offered. 3 for cleanliness because there were hairs which did not belong to me in the sink and in the shower. I was expecting a 4 star hotel. This place is 3 star at best. I won’t be staying at a Double Tree again.

The staff was lovely. The bartenders were cool. The prices were exorbitant but that was to be expected. The shuttle was convenient and they had services to help you book things in the city. What would stop me from booking this place again is the shower would literally take about 5 minutes to heat up, which is a long time especially when you're coming from the pool and you want to just jump in. The shower floods the bathroom since it's all leveled with not enough drainage. But ultimately I left with bite marks which I thought I was bit by a mosquito but it was all over my arms and legs and some on my back. I didn't even realize it could be bed bugs until people were telling me that's how they looked. Freaked me out and now I'm not sure I could trust a foreign bed again.

This property is not worth the $257 we paid for the night lol entering the hallway to the room, the heat hit you as there is no AC in the hallways. Then we get into the room and the room has 3 lights total and a ceiling fan for some reason? Lol bathtub has mold and rust, towels were hard as hell. The tub was moving while using it and the toilet moved as well. The bed was hard like sleeping on the floor. And the “balcony” was a fence nailed to the window with a sliding glass door to air the room out. Totally unsafe. This hotel is horrible.

While the bar & front desk staff at the hotel were pleasant, my overall experience left much to be desired. My room, a King with a balcony pool view, was in less than favorable condition. The shower was incredibly small, making it cramped and uncomfortable to use. To add to the disappointment, the water coming from the shower was slimy, which was not only unpleasant but also concerning for hygiene. Furthermore, there was visible blood on the wall near the sink, a deeply unsettling discovery. In addition, mold was present in the bathroom, which was not only unsightly but also a potential health hazard. The towels provided were rough & far from the plush, comfortable ones you'd expect at a Hilton property. These issues were significant letdowns, as the quality of the room and its cleanliness are crucial aspects of any hotel stay. Another major disappointment was the quality of the food. I had hoped for a delightful dining experience, but the offerings at the hotel fell far short of my expectations. The meals lacked flavor, & the options were limited. It's not what you would expect from a Hilton property in such a popular tourist destination. Moreover, the housekeeping staff's attitude was a source of frustration. When we asked for additional washcloths & towels, they were unpleasant. I would strongly recommend exploring other accommodations in the area to ensure a more enjoyable and sanitary stay in this beautiful destination.

We had a nice room with king-size bed & outdoor balcony overlooking pool (& hot tub). Free shuttle bus to Duval St. area (each hour) was sometimes used and free cookies & water bottles at front desk were a nice touch.
