The beds description is not what you get when you arrive. The pillows were hard and lumpy. They had a queen sheet on a king bed so it didn’t even tuck in or fit. We gave all of the bedding to the house cleaner expecting them to fix it returned at 10 o’clock to find that they didn’t do anything in the room. We didn’t get any new linens that we had to go get from the front desk at 11 o’clock and make the bed our self.

Close to Disneyland and right on the ART trabsportaion line.
Staff waa excellent. Got us in early. Very polite.
Property and room was dated. Phones didnt work, shower leaked. Other than that it was great.

No room service, the elevator smelt horrible as if someone urinated in it, some of the power outlets did not work.

Stayed for a week. Staff was fantastic at breakfast time. Good hot breakfast for the kids. Perfect location if you’re heading to Disneyland. Room needs an update but it’s not a reason not to stay. Great value for my money.

Arrived to hotel with no greeting from staff. Assigned a room on 3rd floor and was met with a stench of rotten fish that was thick in the air. We requested a new room, and that room smelt like someone chained smoked in it. Shower floor was creaky and felt like you could fall through. The main elevator was broken our whole stay. Whole hotel is humid and muggy. Wet towels in the main lobby apparently catching a leak that hasn’t been fixed?
Would never recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel, and we will never be staying again. Disneyland Resort needs to take them off their “good neighbor list”.

It was nice because our room was all the way at the end, so there was not a ton of traffic due to the elevator at that end being out of service. The elevator was a bit of a bummer considering we were on the 6th floor and had to walk the length of the hotel both ways, to get to the lobby/breakfast or take 6 floors of stairs. We had neighbors who I think we could hear through the vents one night and it was so loud that we could hear every word they said, until they finally went to bed. I have stayed at this hotel before and will definitely stay again. This time was just a little funky.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The elevator was out of order, forcing my family to climb stairs. The tub was unclean, mattresses were uncomfortable and noisy, and the pillows were small and uncomfortable. Despite my concerns, the receptionist couldn't change our room, resulting in an overall frustrating experience. One star.

Maintenance on this location is really lacking. Checked in and was informed the elevator was down for 3 weeks. Checked into our room noticed the toilet would not flush, bathroom fan didn't work, ceiling had a big ugly patch from a leak. Big red stain in the carpet. So I let the front desk know and they were very friendly ensuring they would send someone up. But none of this was fixed the duration of our stay. I took the lid off the tank on the toilet so my family could flush the toilet. I can tolerate alot if the price is good. But we wont stay here again. There are plenty of other nearby options at comparable pricing.

While my trip did start with some confusion with the hotel they made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Great service and employees went above and beyond.

Charged me twice and couldnt reverse it. Toilet didnt work half the time. Elevator not working properly duct tape holding display. No clean towels both days saying being washed. Not a great place.

Stayed for five nights two adults three kids 2,8,11. Was nice the bedrooms were big with two closets. Took about 8 minutes to get to Disney driving. But there is a bus that takes you there. Breakfast was nice muffins waffles potatoes sausage bacon toast bagels coffee juice and lots of condiments. Hot coco packets. Overall nice stay with free breakfast and getting to cook in the hotel and take breaks in the middle of the day from Disney. I’d stay again with my family. Budget friendly

This is our go to hotel with our family for Disneyland. The rooms are spacious plus we can cook in them if need be. You can’t beat the free breakfast in the mornings plus the heated pool is a bonus.

This hotel is very well worn by families & rooms need a serious makeover. The front desk girl did everything she could to make us happy. The location to Disneyland and shuttle are the pluses. Lobby & breakfast were fine. The first room we had to turnaround and leave as smelled like it had been wet & moldy. The 2nd room was nice size but did not meet the Homewood suites standards we are used esp after just leaving a brand new one in San Diego downtown. When we pulled out the couch you could not even consider it a mattress as all springs. We had to pile cushions on it for my adult daughter to sleep on. I reported but it was never changed out so she slept 3 nights on cushions for xmas.
The manager did give me a discount on 1 night stay. The cabinets were also beat up & dirty carpet.

Room had all the space we needed for our extended stay! And the hot breakfast every morning was a definite perk. Plus, the Target shopping center across the street and plenty of restaurants to choose from made things extra easy. An ideal location!

The male receptionist at night wasn’t friendly. The room is outdated. The kitchen sink was leaking. There were not enough towels provided. But it was convenient to go to disneyland due to its proximity and having a kitchen in the room is a plus. Free breakfast buffet is not bad.

Best place to stay! Amazing food service (breakfast), the rooms were nicely put, such as organized. The rooms were really spacious with 2 rooms, a small kitchen, and a small living room, the bathroom was big enough and had shampoo and conditioner bottles left in them. 10/10 place to stay at!

They kept my id at check in and rather than call they just put it in a drawer at the front desk. I needed id and had to travel all the way back to get it. The hallway smelled damp and the bathroom smelled like urine. A lot of the furniture is scuffed and dingy. I think the only part I liked were the kitchen staff, they were so sweet. Especially the man.

The Homewood suites is very good with one exception Breakfast it couldn't get mych worst...Powedered eggs awful, overcooked crusty bacon , undercooked sausage links, small banana muffins. I could've went out to get my breakfast..I couldn't believe it bad !

Hotel is a bit run down. Needs a face lift, but ok for the price paid. The kitchen is nice to have. The breakfast was unapealing, we ate bagels and yogurt. Not sure why they would serve chicken strips for breakfast. Orange juice was very watered down.
Staff was friendly. Dont know that i would stay again.

I want a full refund from Homewoods due to the fact that they won’t give us an accommodation in their hotel and instead informed us that they will have us transferred to a different hotel …they gave us a totally different accommodation much degrading and lacks all that we saw at Homewoods….it’s very unacceptable…

The hotel room was worn-down - poor "fit and finish". The fold out bed was so horrible, it was like a joke. My young kids (who can usually sleep anywhere) couldn't get comfortable and had to bunk with us - I got a room with a fold out bed so this wouldn't happen. So, we all got a poor night's sleep the night before a big day at Disney. However, the hotel staff were all very attentive and super helpful and nice. Decent breakfast, but served on Styrofoam... I would recommend staying elsewhere. For the price, I would never stay here again.

Very nice stay overall. Breakfast was just ok, items listed on menu not available almost daily. Pool low on towels in evening so had to ask for more. Room only cleaned once in the week we were there. Hate having to ask. Service and staff were great. Comfortable room. Great location.

Comfortable beds, decent breakfast.
Pool water was dirty. Hotel a bit run down but adequate . Our room was ok, not super clean. Staff was helpful & friendly.

It was clean and safe. The staff were friendly and competent. The breakfast was good enough. My kids liked the muffins. Our room was good. The beds are getting a bit old and the kitchen was bare minimum strocked. I would stay here again. It was close to Disneyland by bus. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Target is right across the street and the nearby restaurants were good. There's a Starbucks next door for better coffee.
