The AC did not go below 72 degrees F. I was not able to lower it.

Stayed during our campus visit for admission purposes. We had a wonderful time, the hotel is run very well and all the staff is friendly. Great place.

Hotel is conveniently located on the UMASS campus. Good expresso coffee machine. There are no refrigerators or microwaves in the room, only downfall.

As the hotel does not have a gym onsite we were given a gym pass. When we arrived at the gym the front desk lady did not let us in and instead shredded our passes. She refused to accept a picture of my drivers license and argued at length that a 17 year old that is accompanied and supervised by her mother is still not allowed. The pass does not requiere to provide a physical ID and allows for under 18 if supervised. I would suggest clarifying the pass terms and providing training to the gym front desk staff.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom…overall it wasn’t bad. Bed was comfortable and space was pretty clean.

What a pleasant hotel to stay at! From the excellent customer service to the pristine condition of the room (halls and lobby as well) to the super comfy bed and quiet room, everything about our stay was perfect!

Conveniently located for parents visiting their kids. Clean and hygienic rooms. The outside facade looks like a prison. Pls paint it or improve it in any other way. For 250 USD I would expect better and more food options and amenities. There is zero entertainment options, no gym etc that other hotels in this price range have.

Great place to stay during a campus tour. Rooms were clean, well appointed and the staff was great. I will be sure to stay there on the next visit to UMASS.

Dead bolt in room did not work, air conditioning was barely blowing with a constant noise and ceiling tiles were had mold from previous water damage. Very hard to find via gps on current address listed on website - recommend advertising Garage entrance address.

The service was excellent. Rooms a bit run down, i.e. broken lamp shades and we could hear conversations from the rooms on either side of our room. The rooms have forced heat and it was turned on so room was a bit warm, but the staff brought us a fan which helped a ton.

We were attending our grandson's football game. Comments: ROOM CLEAN and big enough. Very limited dining. No real bar, no real restaurant. Way to expensive for what you have to offer. Would not stay there again. Very difficult to find the garage and entrance to hotel. Overall on a scale of 1 to 10, a 4 at best.

While the price seems a bit expensive for the area, it's convenient and clean and quiet. And they let you book for just one night, which many don't in this season. Parking very convenient in parking garage attached to the hotel.

The bathrooms are small and the room is dated. This is fine for one night, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer. I’ve stayed here before & was given a much nicer room.

One you have to provide better instructions on getting to the hotel parking lot. It took me 25 minutes of driving around. Two you must train students but you should have someone behind the counter who can move the line. With just one person in front of me I waited ten minutes to check out.
