Overall the hotel is very satisfactory. It's in a great location. It's clean. Service is friendly. It needs a little TLC but not so much that I wouldn't recommend staying here. The shower is set up weird, but I found a work around. The work space is very accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Immediate surroundings were safe.

We had a wonderful stay - it exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and the room was lovely. The pool wasn't too cold and we were thrilled to see that there was an awesome playground right across the street for our kids! Parking was also free. All in all, a great stay.

The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet even though it was downtown. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean & comfortable stay and loved the location.

It was great being in town and in close walking distance to restaurants and amenities. The hotel was clean and very comfortable.

Great service and great quiet stay

We enjoyed the hotel. Nice dinner in the bar. Decent breakfast (for pay). The staff treated us well. I guess that the hotel has recently been updated. They did well. I think the shower door in our room was installed backwards.

Very convenient to the capital buildings and state government campus.

It’s a very and comfortable hotel. I believe it’s from the 1990s originally. The beds are comfortable. The staff gives guests in the lobby a hot chocolate chip cookie in the afternoon. They have a nice lobby with a bar and a fireplace. It’s well located near everything in downtown Olympia in terms of walking distance. When I had a sudden death in my family and had to leave, they only charged me for the 1 night out of my intended stay of 3 days. That was very kind and compassionate of them to do. I recommend this hotel.

Well situated close to restaurants and coffee shops. Bus station only blocks away!

This new hotel is really nice, but the loud old-fashioned heater in the room ruined our sleep!

Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable.

I booked two rooms for my husband and I, and a second room for my son and his wife and baby. They said their room was dirty and the travel crib they requested from the hotel looked dirty and had stains on it. The person at the front desk was very unfriendly. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel in good location in the town
Hotel in need of refurbishment
Though comfortable for a nights stay
Breakfast has limited options
Staff are friendly

Proximity to the water, and Anthony's Restaurant. Quiet.

Spacious, newish, clean and comfortable. I liked the area of Olympia, it's a cute town!

The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I thought it was very odd that the lounge was waiting to be restocked of items for a couple days, thus had limited offerings for wine and beer. The bartender was very apologetic and tried to accomodate with alternatives.
Our room was surface clean but we found an energy drink can on the floor next to the desk and numerous hairs in the bathroom.

Friendly and knowledgeable service at checkin. Walking distance to good restaurants!

Great location to enjoy the waterfront/restaurants

I had an excellent stay. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was nice & had ample space. Bed was comfortable. The only bummer was the hot tub was closed. I would have enjoyed that since I have back & neck issues. Other than that it was a great stay. I would stay here again in the future if needed. Thanks so much to the staff 🙂

Very nice large room. the breakfast was good, although it cost more. Good service

This property fits in squarely with what you expect at a Hilton mid tier chain - squeaky clean, good beds, good service, amenities (pool, spa, laundry), easy check in-out. We got breakfast included by paying Expedia a nominal fee - and it was well worth it.
We stayed here for one night with family en route to Forks-Olympic NP. This is a great place to stop for a night or two....

The staff here is very friendly. I've stayed here twice and both rooms I've had, you have to step into the shower and under the nozzle to turn the water on. I have no idea why anyone would design a shower like this. My last stay it took two calls and a visit to the front desk to get the air conditioning working.

There are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. I liked being right down by the waterfront. Smelling the saltwater and hearing the seagulls always brings me comfort.

We love the room we had for our stay except that it was a little dark.

Check in process was quick and efficient. We did have to pay for parking that was not associated with checking into hotel which I found slightly odd, but since they had numerous signs for it before entering the building we ended up paying via phone.
We did not like our room at all. We are preparing for a wedding and due to no door between king bed and the queens, when the first person woke up for makeup, everyone heard it. I am aware we got the family studio suite, but next time we know to never get that again.
Shower didn’t close all the way, but other than that the room had all amenities. The elevator in the lobby was also extremely slow and there only appeared to be one.

I heard my room could sleep up to six people . But we got two beds and one single sofa bed. One of my kids slept on the floor.

Parking SHOULD have been free! People were nice. $10 breakfast had stale bread, stale biscuits and stale English muffins.

Good location, clean rooms, nice beds, good breakfast. Downside - pool is never opened. We stayed there 3 times within this year, and pool is never available.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed which was inconvenient. Apart from that, the stay was OK. The breakfast was $9.95 on Saturday but free on Sunday, which was odd. Breakfast was pretty plain for $10 and not a lot of variety.

We stayed here after flying into Seattle and heading to Olympic National Park in the morning. We arrived late at night and check-in was easy, parking was okay, staff was friendly and hospitable. The room was quiet and served our needs. The one thing that was very surprising was the quality of the curtains in the room. They barely covered the windows and were hanging off the few hooks and were very thin and odd looking for a hotel.

Great location & friendly staff

The rooms were not the standard Double Tree rooms we are accustomed to. Not very clean and furnishing were beat up. Had to pay for WiFi and parking was billed by a third party and then no parking at night that you paid for. Great location with lots of walkable food choices.

Pros: staff was friendly, within walking distance of waterfront and farmers market, room was okay
Cons: someones food was still in my fridge so obviously the room wasnt thoroughly cleaned before I checked in, pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance (a fact I was not made aware of until it was too late to cancel my booking and the hottub was the selling point for me), ice machine didnt work, restaurant was not a restaurant (it was a bar that only served sandwiches and pizza), phone in my room didnt work very well and they charged $2 plus tax for the bottled water in my room (that wouldnt have been so bad if I hadnt just paid so much to stay there and the main reason I booked there was down for maintenance. The least they could do is give me free water.)
I will not be staying there again.
