Excellent check in experience, Mr. Fawaz accommodated my request to change the room with different view and the duty manager granted me 2 hours late check out. Great location, the hotel has cigar smoking lounge, also specious lobby. Only two areas of improvement i can think of, refurbishment of bathroom and smell of the lobby

Good location close to public transport and choice of places to eat. Friendly and efficient checkin and out, wide choice for breakfast to suit all tastes. Notable that checkin is open 24/7 unlike many other places where checkin desk closes at midnight.

The hotel was great decor in some areas very good a few areas need a little attention Service very good in all area’s Choices for breakfast very good we had a club room but tried both venues for breakfast very good With club room we had access to all day coffee & none alcoholic drinks all day & cocktails in the evening all staff amazing helpful in everything explained the area around the hotel how to get around to other area’s The food at cocktail evening had choices of cuisine the hot food was not hot so did not eat but definitely lots of cold choices Pool ver nice

Lobby looks decent but the interior seems to be breaking and needs major renovation. The room ceiling leaks and looks old. The health club has closed down too. The price for the room is decent, ard $123 sgd per night. Location is good and convenient though.

It had been an excellent stay for me and my son at the hotel. Its central location at Bukit Bintang, the heart of KL city adds to more convenience for us to get around. Good value for money and highly recommended for guests who wants a comforable stay in the heart of KL.

Hi great stay I just felt that the check I was laborious and inefficient not sure about tourist tax and paying that as cash and the security deposit 200 for what I am a regular guest honestly the check in process needs work or u will lose customers / I really like staying here and generally choose it

The Room TV not working .and Toilet flushing button starting was ok.but my night time the flushing button was not working. As we checking out next morning we didnt contact the frint desk to do it.

Staying at this GM for the first time in KL. We chose this hotel because of the great location right next to the Pavilion Mall. Also the room rate is fairly reasonable. Due to our late arrival check in at midnight, we request on several occasions to have a slightly late check out because of our late evening flight out but was rejected. In the end we asked if we could have a shower in the gym before we check out and we were told that would be fine. It turns out the gym didn't have a proper indoor changing room maybe due to renovation and a proper shower would not available to us. Not impressed ! After our checked into our room we went out to grab some snacks, when we returned to our room, we weren't able to turn off our lights in the bathroom, so in 1.30am in the morning we have to call maintenance to fix some electrical circuit. Then the same problem happened again for the following day.... The room was reasonably spacious and the beddings were comfortable. It's obvious the rooms had some renovation done in recent years. The bathroom has a separated shower and bath tub, but the tub looks very old looked like it was installed 30 years. There were broken seal of tiles above the toilet and someone did a very bad job fixing it. Because I can look straight to it as I enter the bathroom, the bad sealing to the tiles was not a good look.

Rooms had a lick of paint to make it look good. Entry foyer was beautiful. Breakfast was bedlum, having to wait for tables, but staff had it under control. It was just the other guests that ruined it for us, not the hotels fault.

Great location, very busy crowded hotel. Courteous and helpful staff. Club class rooms /floors are allowed at club lounge all day for tea coffee light snacks. Evening 6 to 8 is special hours food, drink etc.. Overall, excellent experience.

Excellent stay except a number of communication problems. I stayed 2 nights in a Twin Classic & 2 nights in a Twin Deluxe. Enjoyed both. Room service is good not great. They got my order wrong even though repeated it to me. I asked for 2 Beef Malaysian Satay but received 2 huge burgers. I asked for no onions but received onions on numerous meals either in the meal or as garnish. Thank goodness I’m not allergic! Delivery times varied from great prompt service to another day waiting over an hour. Housekeeping was great. The poor communication comes from trying to arrange an airport pickup. Hard to find info online to arrange. Numerous messages sent via Expedia & emails only to receive a message 24 hours later saying it’s not possible because they needed 72 hours advance notice. Then when we arrived I received a message saying they could arrange it. Too late! I upgraded my room & inquired if I could switch the rooms at the same time so I wouldn’t have to wait 3 hours in the lobby/lounge. I called from my room and was told I would receive a call back that never happened. Again no response to my messages until the next day after the switch had been made. Good customer service equates to fast service even if it’s just acknowledging the receipt of the request. This added undue stress. This is not on a 5 star level & needs to be addressed. Other than that I would recommend the hotel for it’s Great location!
