Great stay with a few tweaks
Excellent location and very clean rooms. Staff were helpful, supportive, and respectful throughout. Breakfast had good variety and the team serving was kind, but the dining area felt a bit like a dungeon – adding some greenery and flowers would make the presentation much more appealing.
The pool area is nice, but more tall trees for privacy would help since you can see into a nearby building. Also, the corridor AC was extremely cold – 17°C coming in from 33°C outside was a bit much; 20°C would be more comfortable.
Overall, a very nice stay.

Beautiful renovations especially on the lower floors. Location is the best in KL as literally the Pavillion is across the road. Amazing customer service and breakfast buffet is WOW. Only stay there when in KL. Have compared to many hotels in the area. Still number 1 especially now with renovations fully complete.
