Only issue was Dorsett Residency is next building to Dorsett hotels. If you staying in Residence building, there is no reception only security guards who dont know much about anything to do with check in or speak English.
I had to walk again to hotel lobby with bags to check in.
So pls go to hotel reception lobby before you make way to Dorsett Residence hotel apartment.

We come here every year for 2 weeks. The apartments are great, clean, spacious, with washing machine-drier.
We usually get offered the 28th floor, which is very nice. Having tried other floors, higher is quieter, with less noise from the street.
The windows are well insulated (much better than the Ritz next door!), which successfully dampens the construction noise from the new Pavilion skyscraper. For some reason, on all floors, each year, there always seem to be some neighbours renovating their entire apartments, so drill noises are common, luckily only during the day.
This year the swimming pool was really good: very clean water. A big improvement compared to last year. Around the swimming pool is always clean and welcoming, with nice view of the top of the twin towers.
One thing that needs fixing is the drain smell from bathrooms (I think the ventilation is pulling smelly air up from the drains - we manage to make it better with a plastic bag on the floor drain grids, but it's annoying to keep in place).
