Great location, lots of places to walk to including the shopping centres like the TRX, Pavilion, Starhill and Fahrenheit 88. Its on a busy street close to lots of restaurants and you must pop across the road to the Capri by Fraser bar, it has amazing views. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The pool is fantastic. The rooms are soundproofed, so you don't hear the traffic noise. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, we also had fantastic open city views. The staff are all very helpful, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Check in time is too long. I got room after waiting 45 minutes. Breakfast can be improved.

Location.
The room wasn't clean. You can see dirt marks on the glass panels in the bathrooms. The master bedroom bathroom doesn't have a cover for the water drain. We spotted coach in the master bedroom and told staff about it. There is a bad smell (like toilet smell) on the 2nd day when we came back from outside.
