This was our second time staying here. The rooms having beds plus a nice, large pull out sofa option is great for us traveling with kids!

Only thing I didn’t really like not biscuits for breakfast just eggs and sausage and sausage not labeled regular or if it might have been turkey sausage which would have been awesome other then that great place to stay

Ice machine broken, pool broken, tiles in bathroom moved when you walked on them, had to throw my shoulder into door to get it to open. At breakfast the milk was expired, the juice machine broken, and proper food safety rotations were not being followed.

Average is the word to describe our two night stay. We checked in and the staff was friendly enough but they didn’t have any more washcloths so they told us to take additional hand towels. Room smelled stale but it was decent enough. The curtain was broken and light was coming through. The bed was comfortable and it was a basic room over all.

It was a big dead bug in my room advised the front desk and said we get bugs coming thought the front all the time sorry. And that was all and the shower did not get hot only luke warm

MOLD and doors to rooms do not close properly. I told the staff and they never relayed the information to the manager. Wont be going back .

Our key card didn’t work 1/2 the time and the other 1/2 of the time when we’d return to our room, the door would be open even though we’d been sure to close it on our way out.

When we arrived they had over sold rooms. So i booked 2 rooms and only ended up with 1 room. Then went to our rolm that we all had to cram into because they didnt have a double bed. So it was 1 bed and a couch for 3 adults and a child. Get to are said room and bed looked like someone was sleeping in it and towles on the floor. Went back down stairs and the assistant manager had to clean another room for us. Get in that said room and only 2 towels for 5 people. Air-conditioner made an awful nosie and slugs were climbing up the wall from behind the closet. But due to all hotels being booked and over sold out. We were unable to get anything else. Made front desk aware of the situation as we checked out that morning. Very disappointed with this hotel as which we have stayed at swveral and have never had thia happen to us. We had to call eexpieda and have them contact the hotel to get our money refunded. Not an evening we had planned for.

Room on the 3rd-floor smelt of mold. Water had entered through the roof at some point. The odor was powerful, burning our sinuses. There was obviously still moisture in the walls/ceiling because centipedes were in the restroom.

Beautiful room!! The area has so many walkable restaurants and is close to downtown area for even more to see. Lots of parking, area feels safe, and staff was very kind.

Hotel was overbooked, so when we arrived we were told that we wouldn't get the room we had reserved (3 kids would now be sleeping in 1 bed together). The man in line in front of me to check in was told the exact same story. Our bathroom was covered in black mold around the ceiling. No washcloths in the room and I overheard some one else at the checkout counter complaining that his room had no towels for his 3 day stay.

Breakfast wasn’t great; they ran out of all the hot items and the only person who seemed to be working on it was walking in and out of the hotel, talking on her phone. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, but for a quick one nighter it was fine.

Convenient location. Large variety of dining options. Shopping options available. Staff was helpful. Some of the facility amenities could be better ie the pool water was too warm at the time if visit. Maintenance issues came up but the staff was responsive.

Overall our stay was pleasant. Great location, great breakfast buffet, spacious room, comfortable beds and friendly staff. My only complaint was we didn't receive maid service to clean room during the whole 3 night stay. It waa requested online and also hung sign on door requesting service and never received it. Supervisor on duty was kind enough to give a little discount for the inconvenience which was courteous. I would still recommend this hotel.
