I want to give a massive shout-out to Dylan, the manager, and Chris, the maintenance guy, for providing the best service I’ve ever received at a Hilton property.
I originally checked into an economy suite booked through Expedia, only to find the room occupied by fentanyl addicts. Despite Expedia breaking their own policies and leaving me completely stranded, the team at Home2 Suites stepped up. They took care of me in the most respectable way possible and turned a nightmare situation around.
If you want a place that actually prioritizes guest safety and professional service, this is it. Dylan and Chris are true professionals.

We had a short stay at this hotel and met some of our family who also stayed here. It was very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They even put us on the same floor as our family, which was fantastic. They had a wonderful breakfast buffet. All in all, we had a great stay.
