The hotel itself is hard to get to, behind an abandoned restaurant, with no signs. You have to drive through a parking lot filled with potholes before even getting to the hotel. The attendant who checked us in seemed put off that she had to check us in. She was rude and impatient making an unwelcoming atmosphere. The room was clean as far as dust and bedding go. There were stains all throughout the carpet. The beds are not comfortable. Breakfast was fair, not a lot of options, especially for those with dietary restrictions.

I was visiting the area for the eclipse. The hotel and my room were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and I enjoyed the breakfast.

Room cleanliness… hairs in bathroom sink, faucet dirty, it looked like someone spit on the tissue holder, the coffee maker was dirty. Creamer, food on it. Carpet stains… filthy.

Upon arrival, without a welcoming greeting, I was told that the next service representative would assist with check-in. After driving over 8 hours, I would have appreciated a simple hello. Next, I inquired about using my AAA membership discount. The person who deferred me to the aforementioned "other" representative jumped into the transaction and stated "No, because you used expedia so we will not be able to touch the transaction." It was rude, considering I was already taken back by the initial, lack of a greeting from the same person. Overall, the price for the stay did not match accommodations. Filtered water was not even available when the vending machine was out of order. I could complain further, but I will not since I do not plan on visiting this particular hotel again.

Stay was pleasant once we were moved from a room that smelled like cat urine. Staff were very helpful and new room was good. We struggled a bit with the heating going on and off through night though. Breakfast was very nice.

This is a newer hotel and everything was clean and in working order. It is easy to get to from I-70 and lots of dining within walking distance. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful.

The room was absolutely disgusting from sticky floors throughout the whole room to a shower curtain that was like 3 feet from the shower so the floor would get soaked. Also the night time clerk was straight up rude at check in. I was told they would take money off my bill when I complained the next morning but they never did.

This is probably the cleanest motel I have stayed in and staffed by individuals with a fantastic work ethic. First of all, I don't know when this Inn was built, but it looks brand new. Our room was impeccably clean, as was the pool area, the lobby, hallways, and the morning breakfast area. While walking through the lobby during a slow part of the day, I noticed why... the mgr. was sweeping the floor, the maintenance man was meticulously scrubbing the tile and grout in the pool, and the front desk staffer was washing the entrance area doors and windows. And the kicker was they all appeared happy and enjoying what they were doing. It reminded me of someone polishing and touching up their classic car before the judging started. All I can say is kudos to the mgr. She is definitely a very good captain of this Country Inn! Also, there are dozens of places to eat nearby within a few minutes drive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Would have appreciated housekeeping. Was told it was only done for those staying 5 nights. We stayed 4. Therefore no beds made, trash removed, toiletries and towels were not restocked. 😩

Room was fine, beds were fairly comfortable and temp was managed well using thermostat in room. The TV was small, there weren't many channels and some were not in HD and had awful quality. Breakfast was decent, the hot foods seemed like they were just warmed up over and over.

I liked the fireplace going. It was very inviting and warm. The room was amazing, and the breakfast was pretty good as well. All the staff I encountered was friendly. Autumn the front desk clerk in the evenings was very kind and helpful.

Staff was great. Very professional. Unfortunately early in the morning my wife woke up feel as though something was crawling on her and went in the bathroom and took off her shirt only to find a bedbug. We had to google the bug as we’d never seen one and sure enough, it was as suspected.

Super clean and the staff was excellent and very nice . The lobby was super clean and a perfect entrance was very warm and welcoming with a fireplace. The Room was excellent and Britt did an excellent job cleaning it.
