Loved this hotel, particularly the daytime desk clerks. The night clerk was trying his hardest to make conversation, but it wasn't really necessary at 11:30 pm when I'd just got off a 6-hour flight.

We stayed for 1 night. The front desk, great. Bar/restaraunt, Thomas J was attentive and quick. The room, very old, extremely dirty, the temperature wouldn’t adjust. I used this as my free night on hotels.com. Not worth coming back.

The area around the hotel is less than appealing. The staff was friendly and the restaurant/bar was nice to have. We had a person under the influence bang on our door repeatedly even though told him it was the wrong room. We alerted the front desk, who looked but did not find the person, they did call to follow up but my daughter still felt insecure for the remainder of the stay. They didn't offer anything as a sorry either. It was convenient to the airport.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel was well kept. The $22 per night for a hotel in Chelsea, not at the Airport was a bit ridiculous. Also on both Sunday and Monday of our stay there was crazy construction going on around us early in the morning and throughout the day.

We stayed on the top floor. Room was quite and clean. Great view of the city from the room. Lady at the front desk checked us in quickly. Kept us up-to-date on our hotel transportation from Logan International Airport.

This was a super busy weekend. The staff were super kind and professional. They went out of their way to help me get to the airport on a cold, rainy night. The only downside was that one of the elevators was not working so there was always a long line for the elevator. It would seem that the ratio of people at the hotel to one elevator would have warranted an emergency repair person.

Airport shuttle is almost non existent. Contact the property by chat to make a request for pick up at the airport. Been told to call up the property when at the airport. Keep in mind that as a foreigner to make an international phone call would cost more than the hotel stay for 1 night. Ended up driving to the hotel by uber

Good proximity to Logan airport. Reliable shuttle. Very comfortable room Only had a burger and beer from the pub, but it was a very good burger

Very clean, pleasant and comfortable. Simone the manager was gracious, accommodating and very generous. When she heard we were staying the night for my sons birthday (who loves the continental breakfast) she gave us a voucher for a family breakfast! It was wonderful. Highly recommend!

The whole experience was a mess. Room seemed cleaned but some towels were really dirty, the train horns during the whole night, could not sleep, and the pillows were horrible. Waited for more than 1 hour for the van they offer, and they tried to blame me for that. Staff from the restaurant were nice though.

The Good: Staff is great, they accommodated our shuttle needs from the airport. Hotel and room was clean enough, but a bit dated. The Bad: location is horrible, we couldn’t sleep because of the street noise and train horns blaring all night, even with ear plugs in. The hotel tried to remedy the situation by giving us points for a future stay, but it’s not enough to cover a night. What’s the point of sleeping at a hotel if we can’t actually sleep!

It’s a decent hotel for the price. However, you will hear the train throughout the night. If you are a light sleeper, I would suggest you stay somewhere else. I barely slept the 2 nights I was there. Overall, it was good.

Dining for bkfst is a bit spendy for the quality then getting charged for the buffet instead of the continental is a problem for such a property, flight left at 0 dark 30 didn't know this until check out and since we had a cab waiting couldn't really get the issue handled appropriately even though I did bring it up to the woman at the front desk she acted as if it weren't a big deal...the beds are comfy, the pillows need to be a bit firmer but we would stay again

Ideal for early morning flight. A member of staff organised a taxi for us for early pickup. Limited menu for anyone with allergies. No gluten free or vegan options other than a salad and some fries.

The "clam chowder" tasted very good but was overstuffed with potatoes and had very few clams, despite the fact that Snow's choped clams are less than $2 for a whole can (@$1.66 on Amazon). So raise the price by $1, hold most of those potatoes, and add lots of clams!
