The staff are amazing! I had called to let them know that we’d have a late check-in and had to call back twice since we kept being delayed. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Checking in after 1:00 am and finding spotless rooms, comfortable beds and updated bathrooms was so nice. Breakfast was good—loved making the mini waffles!

The room was clean and adequate for what we paid. The staff on registration was a concern. She seemed to struggle getting us checked in. Once to our room, the door wouldn’t open because the inside latch was “caught.” While trying to get it open, we realized there was someone in the room that we were trying to enter. We addressed it with the staff at the desk, who kept saying she couldn’t understand why “they” would have put two of us in that room. The next morning at breakfast, she admitted it was her mistake the whole time. This is a major concern. We glad he was calm and not fearful or angry at our trying to get in.

This hotel was a decent value priced hotel. No surprises. Recently renovated so the room matched the online pictures.

It’s the best hotel on our baseball road trip, place was clean room was smelling good and the breakfast was good !! I recommend !
