Overnight work trip. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The room above me had a bunch of teenagers who were loud after midnight. Front desk was responsive to the complaint of the loud kids and were able to get them to settle down.

Why does this place have such good reviews? Pillows are so small and uncomfortable. The bed was hard as a rock. The couch was old and stained. It was in no ways worth $150 but oh well. It'll be my last stay here. Pretty disappointing.

Fist fight between guests in the hallway over kids causing chaos at 3am. Elevator worked when it wanted, had to carry my son up and down the stairs with a broken foot since no room were available on the ground. Staff decided to serve themselves at breakfast while guests waited in line. Non-smoking room was most definitely smoked in.

I hate leaving bad reviews; however? I have exhausted my search on contacting the hotel. The hotel smelled like a hospital or nursing home. We didn't check in until 7pm and i was exhausted or i would have demanded my money back and went across to Hampton Inn. We had people guggting in the halls at midnight and 2:30. We stayed in room 317 and when the room next to us showered, it sounded like a pressure washer was in OUR room. The individual was showering at 5:30. The floors were gross and sticky so we did not take our shoes off. Pee on the bottom of our toilet. I'll be demanding my money back. The smell was so bad, upon returning home, I washed my clean clothes and quickly showered. The elevator wasnt worling properly. Told the staff at the front desk and she scoffed and said to press the door close button and went back to her conversation with whomever the lady was. I have a video but i cant upload that here. The breakfast was save by a waffle maker. Apple juice was heavily watered down, muffins were old. Some were even scraped on the tops to make them look fresh. I am very grossed out.

Everything was great. We will stay here again. Big fluffy towels— high ceilings— big, very comfortable queen beds. Good breakfast!! Nothing bad to say. Keep up good work.

Breakfast looked like it had plenty of variety but we only had coffee which was excellent as we were meeting family for breakfast.

Place was exceptional, and the staff were fantastic. I went with my wife and my child, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The lady that worked the front desk, was a New Yorker, and had wonderful conversations with her. Forget about it. If we ever get back in that area, there's no question, this is absolutely where we will be staying.
