Great location but nothing special about the room. It did not seem to be the same quality we normally experience with a Hampton Inn, but it was clean.

Air stopped working, even called and couldn’t make it work. One of the beds was either broken or unhinged. Sitting, rolling over and tried moving it but nothing worked. Any movement kept is up. The cleaning staff was loud and had no regard for others that may be still sleeping. Good options for breakfast. Walls in bathroom could be cleaned.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Myrtle Beach-West. We were celebrating our 39-year wedding anniversary this week. We had spent three days in Florence, KY. earlier in the week at the Holiday Inn. We found out they had a bug problem. Our last day, we found ants crawling on our bed and a chair. We will not stay there again. We do plan on returning to this particular Hampton Inn when we return back to Myrtle Beach. The staff were courteous and provided everything that we needed during our stay.

Everything about this Hampton Inn was a 10! Breakfast was how a breakfast bar should be - cereal, oatmeal with toppings, eggs, waffles, coffee, creamers, fruit! We will plan to stay here again when visiting our CCU student.

I like that we did not hear any traffic or revving motorcycles. I did not like the elevators. My husband got temporarily stuck in one for about a minute. The maintenance guy got stuck in it as well but was able to pry it open. The opened and closed that particular elevator multiple times throughout our 4 night stay ( if you’re looking at the elevators, it’s the one on the left ). Love the fresh baked cookies at the front desk and the variety of breakfast items

Staff was excellent. Bathroom tubs need to be updated. Waste baskets need to be replaced interiors of each in the rooms were rusted.

The were several bugs in the room and a cockroach was in the bed and crawled on us. We did not stay in the room and need a refund. We had to leave the room at 11:30 and drive very tired for hours to get to a new hotel.

The room just did not have that Hampton clean look and fresh appearance. We would always stay at numerous Hampton's when traveling and this one was dirty. Our rooms carpet near the sofa was stained, bathroom ceiling leaked at one time and was patched with an unfinished look. The dining room chairs were stained and looked very dirty.

They may want to warn customers on the first floor rooms how noisy it is at breakfast time. It feels like your bed is in the middle of the room where breakfast is served. You can hear every conversation. Not cool.

Had an excellent stay here. Staff was very friendly and let me have an early check in and late check out that really helped me since I was there to watch my girls play softball. Helped me stay on schedule.

The property is under construction. The room we were assigned had styrofoam blowing in through the air conditioning unit. The front desk person vacuumed it up right away but it kept blowing in. He gave us another room which was huge! We loved the extra room.

This was one of the cleanest hotels. The bed slept so well, in face, we may just purchase the mattress on shophamtin to have one for our home. Be aware of the construction as it can be a little difficult to locate.

The outside was being renovated. inside was nice until the air conditioning/heat came on. Then it blew tiny bits of styrofoam everywhere. The windows were covered with opaque plastic. It should have been closed during renovation, How dangerous is breathing styrofoam dust? Don't know and neither did they.
