The hotel is excellent, it’s clean modern, everything very clean.
A couple of things to be aware of : $25 self parking /day . $35 resort fee! They do authorization charges everyday on your credit card. The charges are not small. They were over $300 . They are just pending charges but I’ve never experienced this with any other hotels. Also, checking out I was handed a bill. That’s not on the hotel but Expedia when sent over the reservation never sent over the funds that Expedia charged me. So make sure you look over your bill. The staff were helpful. Over all a very good hotel but these little things make it :( .

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and my overall experience was great. What really made the stay memorable was the staff. I had a simple conversation with Keri, who was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she surprised me by comping my breakfast. The pancakes were amazing—and the portion was so generous I couldn’t even finish them! 😂 It’s those small acts of kindness that really make a difference when traveling. Thank you for making my Arizona stay even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again!
