Meant to book the cobblestone in Steven's Point and screwed up and booked this place! It's a dump for $165. Beds are terrible but breakfast was good

Cobblestone is an okay hotel. Nothing spectacular but not horrible. The room was surprisingly big and the bed is INCREDIBLY comfortable. Loved the water pressure and shower head. I was disappointed there was no gym in the property but had an option to go down the street to a gym. Didn’t because it was too cold and dark. I’d stay again.

The location of the property made it easy to find. Breakfast was hot and very good and had good selections. Bathroom fit my needs and the bed was comfortable. The TV was easy to operate.

We.stayed here for one night with our grown children and grandchildren. Everyone we talkes to was very nice. Pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. Pool area was clean too. Continental breakfast was very good, a lot to choose from. I only had one.issue and that was the carpet needed cleaning in the room. We would stay here agin.

Close to home which was being sold. Closer yet to my former employer, even better. Minor wall damage around top of shower, weak spray, but all in all a very nice QUIET place to rest and relax and soak in the heated whirlpool. AAA in my book just on that last item.

We stayed from a Thursday to Sunday. We had to ask for fresh towels daily and our garbage's were overflowing as we did not receive any service while we were gone at ball games. Some of the bread items at breakfast had mold on them. The beds were comfy but for the price you pay I was expecting a little better service.

Shouldn't have to play with the toilet to make it work. In room 115 the float kept sticking and in the conference room sometimes you had to jiggle the handle to make it stop running. Very accepting of family staying there gathering and enjoying each others company.

Pool was finally warm enough to swim. Whirlpool was broken. Keys fir hotel and room were not functioning. Breakfast was disappointing. We look forward to the waffle bar and the batter was awful this time! We stay here at least 2-3 times a year to visit family and the last 2-3 stays have been sub par. I think it’s time to look elsewhere.

The staff was great and my room was very clean . I didn't get to sleep until 12:30 a.m. and was woke up by the snow plowing of outside my window at 4:30 a.m. I was unable to go back to sleep and it made for a long day .

Our room was nice and clean. The stairs were dirty and carpet in need of replacing or deep clean. With that being said it is a nice hotel, good staff, and good breakfast. This is our go to spot in Wisc Rapids.

All was good until check out. The person at the desk was NOT the friendly people we were used to. The other days the people, from the desk staff, cleaning staff and cook, greeted you with a smile and conversation. I didn’t quite understand if they took off the safe fee or charged us since I booked through hotels.com instead of through the hotel itself and they couldn’t give me an itemized list. But overall it was a very good hotel.

We’ve stayed here 3x. 2 out of 3x either the pool or hot tub is out of use. Working staff eating continental breakfast alongside guests is unprofessional and unsanitary. Front desk is rude overall. We will try someone else when we come to visit family next time.
