My family and I stayed here for spring break. The room is nice sized and the breakfast and happy hour were great! The location was perfect, and the shuttle down broadway was a nice feature. The staff was pleasant and helpful. BUT the rooms are in desperate need of updates. Our room was so dark and drab. The couch was so worn out that we couldn't sit on it without getting stuck. It was also quite dirty. The room/bathroom desperately needs a ventilation fan so that the room wouldn't be so humid. It literally smelled like a sour wet sock! I also didn't realize it was a "pet friendly" hotel, so that affected our allergies. It could also use a pool.... But overall, the good outweighed the bad.

When we first arrived the gentleman that helped me was very nice. But I felt rushed at the desk because he was alone and had a line, I didn’t get a full introduction. Also there is no pool just a hot tub. We had two rooms in one of the room the couch had stains on the cushions. For breakfast be prepared for a rush of people and long lines. Good luck!

We was very impressed with our stay at this hotel in Nashville. Very clean, very comfortable bed. The shuttle rides were fantastic. And the breakfast, it was the best breakfasts at a hotel I've ever had.. we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay overall. Only issue was the pull out bed was old and the mattress not overly comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and managers reception a nice touch. Tony and the valet team were the icing in the cake!

Nice property in a very convenient location. The room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and staff was friendly. There was a drippy shower head that clanged on the metal drain grate, but a well-placed towel fixed that for sleeping purposes. Overall a good stay.

All of the staff members were kind & professional. Service was prompt & exceptional. Enjoyed breakfast & welcoming reception. Valet parking quick & easy. Good location. Shuttle drivers were also very informative & pleasant. Great place to stay. So many places to see within walking distance.

Pretty upset that for the price of this hotel, they wouldn't bring us towels or daily coffee/tea supplies without us calling the front desk. Also, HATED that there was no tub---only a shower, way too high for a 5' person. also, could barely reach washing/shampoo supplies, which were bolted down. bathroom was clean, but the door jamb/lightswitches were visibly dirty. Nice of them to offer breakfast, but cutting it off at 9:30 is way too early on weekdays for people who are catching up on rest during their vacation. Also got ripped off at the hotel bar, where the bartender didn't know how to make all drinks. Jeez, really??

What a great stay! If you are going to Nashville this Embassy Suites is the one. Best value for the money! All staff are excellent. Valet Driver Tony is 5 stars. I say 5 Stars because 6 isn’t an option. He is friendly, trustworthy and super dependable and informative. A added plus is Hattie B”s Hot Chicken is right across the street. You owe it to yourself to try this Chicken. The Valet parking is super easy and affordable for the value. The Managers reception and Breakfast are excellent. Highly recommend

Terrible sttay. Hotel is full of pets everywhere. Breakfast never had enough food. There was always people waiting around for the trays to be filled. Thermostat in the room was not working. Will never stay there again.

Hotel was convenient to Broadway with shuttle service. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly too. Pet friendly as well. Breakfast everyday as well, lots of choices and good coffee.

Overall our experience went well. However, I decided to try the omlette station for breakfast one morning, and asked for a simple ham and cheese omlette I sqaw the cook grab a scoop of what was supposed to be ham and throw it on the griddle. It was Grey, and looked like it was very old. I took the completed dish to my table and folded it open. The smell of old meat was overpowering and made me gag. I began to notice other food items that were potential red flags after this, the "fresh" fruit looked frozen and old, scrambled eggs were not completely cooked.. etc. I think if they updated their food strage and handling they would definately be a choice location.

Very good option for enjoying the Nashville experience. A few bars and restaurants close by, but the biggest plus was the shuttle bus for easy access to Broadway and the Honky Tonks.
Breakfast was included and the staff was friendly.

The overall cleaning appearance of the room was not good. There were stains on the bathroom door, in the shower, and on the bathroom floor. We used the glasses on the first day and they were never washed. The smell of the room was quite disturbing. Also, we hope the hotel considers adding more sound insolation, with all the bars around, the noise in the early morning disrupts the sleep.

Great hotel great location. Free shuttle service to music row! Staff doesn’t always have answers to local questions but hey that’s what the internet is for. Would definitely go back. We also had to deal with a tornado and the staff was great in the emergency.

The property is ideal for walking distance to a few local spots nearby. They do run a shuttle to a location closer to Broadway for all of the music & bar spots. Breakfast was just okay in that a lot of items were out of stock as our stay went and serving areas were dirty, especially the weekend we stayed. The room was extremely humid and the hvac did not cool the unit down. We had to get a fan to keep the air moving. It was so bad each morning the window view was completely condensed over due to curtains being drawn shut. When we mentioned to the desk a few times they said they could offer a fan or move our room. Upon checkout I told them again to have it looked at as it did not seem normal. The spa was not working properly when we visited but fitness area seemed clean. Staff seemed pleasant otherwise. Just a bit on the shuttle is that they are a hard to get ahold of at times and front desk had a hard time reaching them so have an alternative plan just in case.

Really enjoyed our stay at embassy hotel. Breakfast is delicious, location is perfect for touring downtown and Vanderbilt U. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, parking is close and safe. Front desktop is friendly, room is clean, spacious and very quiet.

We we’re celebrating my moms 96th birthday And needed a hotel that could accommodate all our needs since we had a wheelchair to deal with and 3 of us. Hotel rooms are spacious, complimentary breakfast,van transportation into downtown where we could access so much to do. And get back in time for managers reception. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance from the hotel as well. All the staff were friendly and attentive to us. Even when I called for more towels they were right there. Yes you will have to Uber both ways from the airport and cost will depend on time 20 minute ride. Would stay here again.

Most of the staff were great. Only one valet had a bad attitude and gave poor service . The room was very clean and well appointed. The rooms definitely need to be renovated. Thest was very good.

We came into town for 3 nights and our stay was great. We came in early and were given a room on the top floor even though we got there a few hours early. The shuttle that ran to Music Row was an added bonus. We rode it numerous times to and from the row. It was nice not having to drive and worry about parking. The hotel was very clean and super quiet. Lots of restaurants in the area. Chuys, Hattie B, and the Velvet Taco are all within a block. The happy hour was great also. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant one night and the sliders there were very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Had some issue with a leaky refrigerator, so the carpet was soggy for our entire stay, and the glasses were sticky. But for what we needed the suite was comfortable and the staff was lovely.

This was a great spot for friends as the rooms w/suites are big with lots of mirrors, wet bar area with coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. The breakfast has an omelet station & lots of variety. The shuttle bus was convenient but drops & picks up @ 7th & B’Way only, til about midnight. Tony, Bill & Paul were all awesome drivers for us! There are plenty of other bars and restaurants in the immediate hotel area as well. Whole Foods 1/2 a mile away! Our Uber from airport was $40 as we saved my not renting a car (they charge for parking) and you have to pay downtown too, so not worth it. Great boot stores, bars and music! Fun trip! I’d go here again as staff was really nice too!

Next to Vanderbilt University, music row, good room size, walkable to those places. The parking garage is very tight if you drive mid-size car/suv. The cost of parking is high.

First time visitor to BNA. Great location. Very walkable, safe and just far enough away from “people here to party”. Great happy hour, hot breakfast, comfortable bed. Really enjoyed our stay.
