Very happy with our stay at the residence Inn Nashville. The room was very spacious and had a kitchen. It was clean and well looked after. Staff at reception were helpful and polite which set off great first impressions. Breakfast was nice. Located aprox 20min walk from downtown, a few minute walk from the bus stop which was also handy. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was nice and hospitable. I really enjoyed my stay and the breakfast is hot and fresh. Besides the long connecting corridors that made me feel like I was in The Shining, it’s a nice place to stay.

The trip was great. Location allowed us to easily move around the city. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast options were exceptional. Only down was the hotel bar wasn’t open on Saturday and Sunday night.

This hotel is in a great location. You can walk to restaurants, and in nice weather to certain attractions. It was a very cheap Lift to Broadway, which was very convenient! Drop off & pickup was always easy. The Employees are friendly & helpful. They went out of their way to always be accommodating. We had two dogs with us, and the employees were wonderful with them. The breakfast was very good, my only thought was that they need to change the options. We were there nine nights, and the food choices on the buffet did not change once.

We had a nice stay here, the room was very clean and comfy. The free breakfast was very nice and all staff we encountered were very sweet & willing to help any way they could. Having to pay an additional $104.00 to park however was disappointing. Guests are obviously going to need to park their vehicles which should be included with the room. There was no other parking options so you have to pay it. Be ware there is also tax on top of the $32 parking fee per day.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast attendants were very good. The location was fine but likely need Uber home at night when it is cold. Parking fee was the big negative. One day parking costs almost as much as a day renting.

Our first hotel fell through so we booked here. It was 7 am so we were really hoping for early check in. We called and the lady that answered was extremely rude and told me that wasn’t offered. We decided to Uber there anyway to see if we could at least drop our bags off. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and got us a room early! The room was spacious and had a little kitchen. Very clean and in a good area. Really appreciate the help of the front desk staff and wish I would have gotten there names.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There were lots of options at breakfast, and the place was very clean. Our room was very comfortable, quiet and spacious. It’s about a 30 minute walk to South Broadway or for two dollars you could take the bus.

All of the front desk people were friendly & helpful. They gave us good advice as 1st time visitors & tourists. Housekeeping was terrific & very responsive. Warning to "newbies" to Nashville: Parking is terribly expensive! Plan your itinerary & budget accordingly!

When we went up to our room at the Residence Inn and pulled out the pull out couch there were dirty clothes hidden in the sofa ! You can only imagine how quickly I demanded a new room. We were moved to the Springhill Suites adjacent to the Renaissance Inn.

We were only there one night. The shower head needs to be fixed because water was spraying across the bathroom and onto the floor and toilet paper.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and easily accessible. We had our car and paid to park, parking was never an issue. The hotel is also connected to the one in front of it so you can walk through there as well. It is 2 blocks up from an area in Music Row where there are several restaurants so you can walk to dinner after a day of driving all over the city. Would stay here again when in Nashville.

The only thing I didnt like was the breakfast at both the residence inn and SpringHill suites. Wish they would have had toast not just bagels and English muffins and maybe a potato choice

Very nice and clean hotel, walking distance from a lot of food places and far enough from Broadway street to be away from the noise and crowd but still close enough for a 20 minute walk. Free breakfast is loaded and delicious. Convenient little market at the front desk. Access to hotel room from either entrance.

The facility is well located. It is walkable to many restaurants. It is walkable to downtown but it is about a mile which we had no issues with. We ubered back at night not sure about walking late at night a mile back. The only thing is they do add a $32 a night parking fee, this is an increasingly common theme used to keep the nightly price down and hook you later. Expedia does say there will be a parking fee but I was thinking closer to $20 a night. The area around the facility is safe but it is kind of rundown with a lot of construction going on. Breakfast were good, typical hotel breakfast. The staff were awesome. Front desk excellent.

Very nice facility. Carpet in hall was loose and had a big bubble all the way down it in the middle so had to be careful. Room was clean but did need a few updates.

Very clean and nice room. Pull out bed was very uncomfortable (as they usually are though). Breakfast was INCREDIBLE and honestly the highlight of the stay.
