Greeting staff was great but it fizzled after that. Had one staff stop us to ask us to take a baggage cart down on our way down even though we didn’t even use one. Also when checking out I mentioned to the front desk 3 issues we had with our room (remote for tv didn’t work, fridge was not cooling, shower soap was empty) and she acted like she really didn’t care. The room was clean though and since we didn’t spend much time in the hotel it didn’t really impact our stay but not sure I’d stay here again.

Awful experience. Homeless person laying in parking lot space. Woke up to eight vehicles broken into. Hotel staff could careless. No cameras anywhere.

To begin with, the front desk person did not know where our room was, and sent us to the wrong floor. We asked a housekeeper, who gave us correct directions, and was very pleasant. Our room was in the basement, and shared a wall with the breakfast room. My sister wanted a blanket, but when she tried to call the front desk, we realized that the phone was broken. She went to the desk and got a blanket, and they sent a maintenance person to check the phone. He tried plugging it into different outlets, and then went to another room to get a different phone to try, but that didn't work either. He said they would fix it the next day, but we were checking out in the morning. While he was there, we realized that the window, which looked out onto the parking lot, did not have a curtain, only the semi-opaque blind. The maintenance person said he would bring us a curtain, but nobody ever came back. And, of course, we couldn't call, because we didn't have a working phone. We complained at checkout, and they refunded our parking fee.

was excited to hit the pool after a long day on the road. Nope it was closed and the area looked horrible. This hotel is a bit past prime. Watch out for the $30 for parking. Seems absurd

The conditions of the room are horrible. I would never stay here again. The first room I was put in, I had to switch to another because of a leaky/dirty shower. The next room I was moved to was only slightly better. It was very old and run down, the shower was slightly better, just stained and the bathroom was not stocked with tissue. Not a very comfortable stay. Spend an extra $50 for a better hotel!

We received a “how was your check in” email 3 hours BEFORE we got to the hotel! I called the hotel to confirm our reservation, but they did not have one for us. I finally located a number for hotels.com and a very helpful agent contacted the hotel and re-did the reservation. Our confirmation said King room, but when we got to the room it was two queens. The front desk said they had no king rooms available even though that’s what the reservation was for. I don’t know what happened, and I’m glad it was fixed, but it was very frustrating ABs took at least an hour of my time to fix. The hotel did refund our parking fee at least.
