Amazing hotel! So close to Downtown/bars on Broadway - less than a 10 minute drive! Awesome valet - $40/night but well worth the price to avoid the stress of parking in the city. The bed wasn’t the comfiest in the world but still a very cozy room. Would totally book again!

Ok so...i didn’t read the fine print about parking...and even bigger surprise their vallet can't drive a stick shift, so i had to pay for vallet even though my car never moved and never got in the garage. Also a bit confused why i could hear garbage trucks and delivery trucks so clearly on the 7th floor. All that being said though all the employees were pleasant and the bed was super comfy!

The hotel was well located and convenient to Broadway. The help is well trained and friendly. The valets were great. Special praise to Luke as his meal and site seeing suggestions were fantastic. He was fantastic.

Valet wrecked my rental vehicle. Told me it was up to me to handle it. After many phone calls I was able to at least get the managers name. Hotel charged me twice for the stay. Not a happy visit.

This hotel is in a great area but there are LOTS of things I don’t like about. 1. $45 per night parking. 2. No complimentary coffee or breakfast. 3. Terrible mattress for a Marriott 4. Very difficult to enter/exit because of such a small lot or a very busy corner 5. The on site restaurant has very limited options at high prices 6. Super thin one ply toilet tissue However I did love the shower and the furnishings in the room. There was not a lot of noise either.

My Room was next to a 24 hour gym and listened to people slam weights half the night even after going in and asking people to quite it down, calling the front desk and actually going to the front desk. After listening to it from 8pm-2:45am I just packed my things and hit the road 5 hours home, where I could actually sleep with out hearing and feeling weights slamming into the ground. Also didn't know there was a 42$ valet only charge per day at this place. I would not recommend this place at all.

The hotel has great people. The valet gave me great information about attractions as well as good parking ideas (parking is expensive in Nashville). Valet parking was only thing available at $42.00 per day (a rip off). There are better locations near the nightlife.

This hotel was terrible. I paid extra for a room with a balcony and the balcony looked out onto a wall and a dumpster. I paid extra for breakfast and it only includes 1 item per day. The beds were not comfortable at all and they kept charging my card the whole time I was there up to $250 and when I asked the clerk about it she said it shouldn’t have done that and she didn’t know why and it still hasn’t been resolved.

My company booked 7 of us at this hotel via Expedia. We also sent a credit card authorization form, so no one had to present a card for incidentals. The front desk agent made me present a credit card for incidentals, and when I tried to explain, she responded with, "Everyone has to have a card on file." We have a card that we faxed in for this purpose! Never again!

I prepaid in full for a four night stay. Upon arrival at 12:30 am I was advised rooms were overbooked and I had lost my room. There was no prior advisement of the situation. I did receive two prior emails to explain they expected my arrival. I was given documents to provide shelter at a nearby hotel. However when I presented at this new hotel they were not aware of the change. After traveling ten hours to arrive and not have the service which had been paid in advance was very frustrating.

Pretty central location between Vanderbilt and Downtown, so getting to locations was easy. All the staff were kind and helpful. Clean location and facilities. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Inconsistencies in when housekeeping cleaned the room, several hours without water whilst all the faucets in the bathrooms were replaced and no hot water in the bathroom sink the following morning.

The room seemed very clean however it smelled like a bag od worn socks in the room. I believe it was the Duvet. Valet Parking was very slow, the elevators were slow. Quite noisy in the late evening/early morning hours.

The staff was great, that includes the ladies serving breakfast, the ballet attendants and Mattis the cleaning lady in the public areas. Good excellent within walking distance. But I was disappointed by the $42 charge for the daily parking.
