I have everything that needed, for living there.
Location 15 minutes from center.
The smell was bad just entered the apartment.
At night is very loudly, there is some parking there by the building so every car just be heard and I cannot sleep at night. Also my balcony was in like 1st floor, and I can see everybody entering the terrace, so missed some privacy.

Kapotte doucheknop en eeg gehorig. Elke keer als de bovenburen liepen kraakte het plafond flink.
Ook maakt airco veel geluid
