Very quiet room in is very colorful area. Awesome breakfast

Very well maintained hotel within walking distance to many attractions. The staff was professional and friendly, and on top of things. We had 1 billing question that was resolved, there was no need to make extra phone calls. Our room was comfortable and quiet. There was a full breakfast, not just bagels and coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel however no hot or warm water at any point of the day for a shower and we stayed 3 nights and this was the case each day. A bit disappointing given the cost.

I had to park my car on my own but had to pay for valet parking

We love staying at this hotel when we are visiting Universal studios. It’s is close, clean and we live the free breakfast and coffee all day. They don’t mention that you have to pay to valet your car ($44 each night which is steep imo) till right before your stay in an email but a lot of places in California make you pay to park. One thing that I don’t like was you have to be 18 to be in the exercise room. I think it should be teens are allowed with responsible adult.

We stayed for a week during our spring break. First time visiting LA. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast buffet was great and they never ran out of food. The ladies that worked breakfast kept everything stocked until right at 10 am when breakfast was over. The pool is quite small and we didn't use it, although we did sit by the pool most mornings before our outings for some fresh air. Tons of walkable restaurants around the hotel. Also easy pick up for Uber/Lyft. In general the hotel/our room was very quiet. We would stay again.

Clean, safe, and friendly staff
Excellent breakfast
Only bummer was the pool wasn’t heated
Valet parking is easy

Terrific place! Easy check in. The rooms are nice, roomy, beds are comfortable. The shower is really nice. The free breakfast is also nice. Friendly staff. Great deal on a terrific place.

Excellent location and clean room. Staff was friendly

Overall it was great. Not great location but staff good room fine and food fine. Area is sketchy lots of homeless people all over the street. Valley parking is expensive and then I feel like they want a tip each time they bring you your car to go somewhere. But once inside it was fine. U use keycard to use elevator which is nice that ransoms just can go up.

I enjoyed my stay. My only criticism is that the thermostat wasn’t working the room was very warm.

The room was incredibly clean. The bed mattress was a bit firm, but comfortable. The coffee in the lobby was horrible (sour, like they just reheated leftovers from the previous day). They did have parking, but only valet parking, at $40/night. I would stay there again, though.

This place is great. Was greeted by very friendly valet parking staff. Check in was easy and the room was spotless. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time I was there. Would highly recommend.

Ideally situated to experience Hollywood & a few minutes easy drive to Universal Studios.
The hotel is comfortable, welcoming and hassle free. Their attention to detailed caring is typified by the complimentary fruit-flavored water always in the lobby for guests. Complimentary breakfast provided a wide range of good food.
We will go back there next visit.

All good, except that the lighting in the room was not good. The color of the lighting made it feel like a hospital and it was very dim. I suggest they change the lightbulbs to something warmer and brighter, then it would d been 5 stars overall!

Great location and value for a very nice hotel. We definitely enjoyed it and will be back.

Only con is that the you could hear everyone noise. From the street, to others in the hallway..
Other than that the check in/ out process is great, the rooms, staff was excellent..

Breakfast food could have been handled better. Ran out of fruit and other food.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, gym was good, nice and clean, and included breakfast was busy but adequate.

Been here before because the breakfast included with the stay is pretty good. Room service is only by request. Took the garbage from the room to the garbage bin by the elevator myself. New towels is by request. Valet is a must and pricy. Tried to extend one extra night and quoted me way too high on price as well. The quote from the app I used to book with them was cheaper than what front desk quoted me, so I booked somewhere else.

I try to only stay at Hampton Inns. I haven't had a bad experience yet. The parking is one time $40, other than that. Everything else was great.

So the surrounding area isn’t very safe to walk at night but, the hotel area has staff present all night and I felt very safe taking my dog out at night to walk around on the hotel grounds. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

No complaints. Overall experience is as good

Friendly staff, very convenient location being close to Hollywood walk of fame. Nice breakfast, expensive parking though $40 per day.

Internet connection did not work on my stay, plus it's not a safe location.

Nice and clean hotel. Close to Hollywood area.
The good: Nice breakfast, genlty staff, location, grosery stores around the area, big room, every room has included a convinient freezer and microwave.
Things that need to be improved: First day we asked
for house keeping and they didn't do it. You need to make sure to register properly.

I rated 4 for Cleanliness cos the toilet seat has a hall in it and needs to be replaced.

It was a fantastic stay. The property seems new. It is easy to get to and well located. There is an Office Depot nearly across the street and a Starbucks close by. Great for business travel. The room was huge.

Great location, short Uber ride Sunset and Hollywood Blvds and orange grove/farmers market. Very clean hotel, felt safe. Loved the waffles and bacon for breakfast.

Our stay was great for the most part. Clean and comfortable. Stayed 3 days.
There is no other option other than valet to park. Which is an additional 40$ per night. Which is ok, but the additional tipping etc came all to a surprise of an expense.
The beds weren’t as comfy per a usual stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites.
And although requested, they dont service your room daily.
Breakfast was great. The gals working in the am were super helpful, both at the front desk and in the breakfast area.
Location is top notch, streets away from downtown Hollywood or head south and you are in KoreaTown.
You are surrounded by the best of restaurants and tourist attractions!

A piece of the paint of toilet lid dropped. The surrounding area was a bit dirty and we can see homeless

We were going to an event at the Taglyan Complex and this hotel is perfectly located to the venue. It took us only 5mins to walk there. The hotel is very clean and the front desk is helpful and very professional.

Came from Texas to go to Universal Studios, which was only 12 mins away! The breakfast was really good, breakfast was wayyy better than the buffet in MGM casino in Las Vegas which highly disappointed me. Clean and quiet, only thing was the comforter should have been softer, it has a weird pattern and was rough. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was great! Everything was accessible despite what other tourists or friends suggest. For our first time in LA/Hollywood, this was fun and safe. I’m definitely coming back again!!!
