Traffic noise terrible with interstate right above the motel. Desk lady not very hospital but did notice our age and amount of baggage we had and changed on her own our room from 2nd floor to ground floor

The staff was great and very friendly enjoyed that even though it may be an older hotel it is very clean and I would recommend it to anybody my husband and I stayed there just one night but I had to go back

Received un-asked-for wake up calls at 5:30, 5:35, 5:40…AM both mornings. Letting the front desk know achieved nothing. Besides this the property is run down, not even as nice as the far less expensive Super 8 down the road. Avoid.

The property was just off the highway located behind other businesses making the entrance hard to find. There was a lot of highway and acceleration noise directly outside our room as the entrance ramp for the highway was window level! The bed was hard, or at least too firm for me. The breakfast was pretty standard fare. The front desk staff was helpful.

I am a person with Parkinson’s. When the desk clerk saw me struggling to move she thoughtfully rebooked us to a ground floor room. She did this cheerfully and without prompting.

This Comfort Inn was mostly great… very easy access to and from the main roadway, the frontside looked nice, the backside (our view) was a mess. Our room was also on the interstate side of the property (all the even numbered rooms). The halls and our room were very clean. The free breakfast was about the same as many hotels…good, but not special. The staff was really nice.

The room was clean and comfortable and the Inn was in a convenient location. There is no elevator to the second floor and an employee helped me by carrying my heavy bag up for me.

The rooms had soft colors and beautiful pictures on the walls even in the bathroom. Comfortable chairs and leg rest. The breakfast was very good and eating area clean. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. We certainly will be back. This was our second time here.

The location is a little odd but surprisingly quiet and convenient to the freeway. Room was fine and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. My only issue is the sink area needs a towel rack for damp hand towels.

We were disappointed that there was no elevator. We were to stay on the second floor, but because of no elevator we forced to stay on the first floor. Due to a handicap situation, unable to do stairs.

Nieghborhood a little unkempt. Front desk clerk was abrupt but not rude. Room clean and good condition. Floors were noisy, sound insulation between rooms insufficient.

Clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff. They don’t have an elevator and it wasn’t great to haul luggage up and down the stairs. Only two floors, but still rough.
