Lovely staff. One night heading to a party at the spitfire cricket ground. He gave us instructions to get there ready for when we came back down to reception.

We arrived on the hottest weekend of the year and our room had no AC. However, the staff had prepared the room the best they could, a fan, curtain closed etc. and it was fine. We were in the refurbished side and the room was lovely, clean and modern.
The breakfast buffet wasn’t great - limited continental and low quality hot items. Staff were friendly and efficint.
I would recommend this hotel for its lovely room, parking and close to town.

Lovely hotel. The staff at the front desk and Bar were very helpful. Our room was nice and tge bed very comfortable. The hotel was a reasonable walk from downtown Canterbury.
