Hotel was dated. Appliances are old. AC /heating unit visibly needed cleaning. Vent in bathroom visibly needed cleaning and sounded horrible when it turned on. There was no secure storage/saves in the hotel room to store valuables. We had to remove our valuables and store in our locked car trunk to prevent risk of potential theft. Hotel room, hallways and lobby could use air fresheners. Elevator was also visibly dirty. Breakfast offered was subpar and was not continental at minimum. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I checked in at about 2:30AM due to coming from a party (which was the point of getting an hotel close by) and as I got there the system was down. It took about 45 minutes to get the system back up again. Once I finally started working with the front desk receptionist she couldn't find my reservation. I booked on hotels.com, so she then had to call customer service to get answers. This process took another 20-25 minutes. I didn't get up to my room until almost 4am. The rooms are old and dingy, the heat took forever to come on. I had to sleep with my coat on over my pajamas. I would've been better off staying at a motel honestly. For the price I spent I guess it was because of the location (Braintree). For a couple of dollars more I could've stayed at a close by hotel with better accommodations. I wouldn't stay here again.

The area outside the hotel seemed "seedy" and was a little scary getting there at night. The beds were not all that comfortable. But the geographical location was perfect for us and where we'd be visiting while in the area. Great highway access, but still a remarkably quiet room.

While the hotel offers several positives, there are key areas that need improvement, especially for long-term guests.Amenity Availability: I was disappointed to find a lack of available coffee makers during my stay. For a hotel catering to extended stays, ensuring the availability of such basic amenities should be a priority.Family-Friendliness: My experience in the common areas was concerning. One night, the lobby area near the elevator was occupied by individuals drinking hard liquor and beer. This not only created an uncomfortable atmosphere for those with families but also raised questions about the legality of such activities in public spaces.Staff Responsiveness: The hotel staff's lack of intervention in this situation was notable. It is crucial for the staff to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. More proactive staff training could significantly enhance the guest experience.I believe these areas of improvement are essential for this hotel to truly provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, especially those staying long-term.

Smelled like old cigarette smoke in the hallway of a non smoking hotel and you could smell the sewage in the kitchen sink but other then that the hotel and room was clean.

When we arrived no one was available to check us is. Waited 15+ minutes when another worker happened to arrive for her shift to assist myself and other guests, shecwas just as confused. Hallway and room smelled of weed and smoke. Room was horrible, dirty floor (something like ketchup on the floor), sink was disgusting and I found garbage when trying to find an outlet. I did not feel safe using the stove, beds were so uncomfortable even my young child complained about them. The ONLY reason we booked here was because it was pet friendly and we find an alternative option in the furture.

It was so dirty. People living there with their dogs. The room smelled like cigarettes and rugs were stained/dirty. We left. Did not spend the night. Couldn’t. It was that bad. Got a hotel elsewhere.

This was a last minute booking. Sheets were dirty. Lamp shade had mold on it. Carpet were bunched up in spots on the floor.
Continental breakfast wass nonexistent. Coffee was terrible. No sugar. Trash on the floor in the lobby. The woman initially checked me in was very pleasant though.

The staff were all very pleasant. The hotel could use some updating. Their "FREE BREAKFAST" is deceiving. They call it grab and go (to your room) It is breakfast bars - prepacked mini muffins - instant oatmeal and no regular creamer. Then you have to bring it to your room as there is nowhere to sit. We stayed here a few years back and it was a full breakfast. Extended Stay needs to update their website calling it a free breakfast and call it what it is. I know everything has gone up in price but over $200 a night is pricey.

Basic but everything you need. The room was a little tired but clean. The beds were comfortable and having a kitchenette was very useful. We were on the third floor, which was quiet. Brilliant having a laundry facility, meant we were able to clean our clothes from the two weeks we'd had on the road prior. The hotel was very easy to get too.

When we checked in the room they gave us was completely dirty. Seems like the staff forgot to clean after someone checked out. They easily accommodated us with a new room but we no longer felt comfortable. The bed was stiff, the room smelled like dirty carpet, and the cabinets looked unclean. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Holel was convenient for our needs but not worth the price. It was a bit run down, the bed was uncomfortable with a thin sheet (we had to ask for an extra blanket and pillows), and the AC was super noisy. The breakfast should not be labeled as breakfast as it was inadequate and the coffee was not good either.

I was charged $360 for one night. This place is a dump, better off sleeping in your car. The room smelled like dirty clothes. The was plastic covering the smoke detector, there blood and dirt on the floor. Their was a toe nail clipping in my bed, so gross. There were people sleeping in cars the lot. And marijuana when I walked in. Then my key didn’t work taking more of my time. The only good thing I could say is the person at the desk was nice

Be aware that the kitchen is unstocked, you need to ask the front desk and take tge items to your room yourself. Which just becomes awkward.

Check in was very easy until she sent me to a room that was already occupied and covered in trash. Finally got to my room and my stay was okay. A bit noisey from surround rooms but whatever. I’m the morning housekeeping started at 8am and woke me up demanding I checked out. The front desk called confirming I was staying an extra night when I wasn’t. Check out was at 11 and I’m being forced to either pay and stay or leave at 8am. I’ve stayed here plent of time and never been so upset.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay here. Staff was welcoming & helpful. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and in good condition. Loved the full-size fridge & stovetop. Wifi was quite good. Despite the remote location of our room, an entry door and parking were nearby. Building was set above street level--intrusive noise was not an issue. No ice machine, though. Recommend a top floor room to anyone who doesn't like hearing footsteps above their ceiling. All-in-all a pretty nice place, and we'd stay here again.

We had ants in our bathroom. I had to go to the convenience store to get some Raid spray for the ants. I didn't see them anywhere else in the room, thank goodness. Overall, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay, the staff was nice, and stores and restaurants were convenient. We would come back again but get rid of the ants, please. Thank you.

Staff is extremely rude! Check is at 3 and the staff didn’t give us the rooms until 430. When got into the rooms the rooms had a dirty bathroom and dirty sheets! The front desk said they were short stAff so they couldn’t clean the rooms appropriately, save your money don’t go to this hotel

The property was dirty. Rug in room not vacuumed before stay. They do not clean the rooms and left garbage in hallways for 2 days. Kitchens not stocked, stove broken and no kitchen supplies. No towels. Even when requested for cleaning, they ignore you. You have to walk down with dirty linen to get clean and even then they didn't have towels? Davita is so rude, it's disgusting.

We were due for a late arrival, we called ahead to explain our situation. They said they couldnt check us in late because of a 'night audit', but they would hold our reservation and we could check in the next morning. They canceled our reservation and kept the money! No refund issued! Stay away from these pirates

The person at counter in check in was pleasant. There were bugs(termites?) in the room, on the bed, bathroom. The sheets had debris on them when went to bed. The trash was never emptied from previous occupant. The carpets were damp on your feet, torn and nasty. When i went to check out the person at desk i told her this, she shrugged her shoulders, said" Not my hotel, write a review" and turned and walked away. Literally the worst hotel stay of my life.
