I can’t say how much we enjoyed this resort! 10 out of 10 would recommend. Met some amazing people and the staff was off the charts. Enrique our butler made everything fun easy and special. Eugenio and Ernesto at the pool bars were so attentive. Roger at breakfast. We got to do a ceviche class with executive chef Octavio and had the best time. Rooms amazing! Beds changed twice per day. Small place. Chill vibe but so much fun and relaxation. For sure want to make a trip back there. And the spa experience was fantastic with sauna, steam room, cold plunge, hydrotherapy and a salt room!! Arianna the guide was a delight. Maria at check in made sure we knew everything and gave us a quick tour so we knew where to go for drinks and dinner. Honestly we’ve been to Cancun 15 times and this place is one of our favorites.

Such a lovely resort. Very lovely staff. Definitely some of the best drinks I have had an all inclusive resort. Dining is somewhat limited, but all really good food. Also, most of the restaurants don't require reservations which was nice to not have to have everything planned out as soon as you arrived. They offered some really fun classes like ceviche making, and tequila/mezcal tastings. I prefer these types of experiences over some the shows, etc that other resorts offer. We are typically more beach people but we knew going into this vacation that the beaches were not very swimmable in the area due to the seaweed. They had lovely pools, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas and friendly staff to help with umbrellas and get food and beverages. Definitely some of the best drinks I have had an all inclusive resort. I would definitely recommend staying on an upper floor as our beachfront room was very obstructed by bushes, etc. Also, our plunge pool didn't have water and was making a strange noise for quite a bit of the time but honestly didn't bother us much. Overall had a really good stay!

Gorgeous property. The saltwater pools were amazing touch. Our air-conditioning lacked a little power, but the bedding is super comfortable in the bathroom is gorgeous. I would definitely come back.
