Activities on the pool were great. Luis and Mia are awesome. Food are delicious in any restaurant. Staff in preferred club are the best.

Secrets was so good , while on that trip i booked another stay at their resort in punta cana immediately lol
Staff was super friendly
Only issue i had was with their excursion partner AMSTAR we booked a trip to congobongo with them and at 2am after the show we couldn’t find our driver , after waiting at the shuttle pickup for over 30mins, i called the amstar number on the ticket and the agent legit hung the phone on me
He didnt care and tried not to help
It was horrible , after 1hr 15mins one of the staff in congo bongo helped us out
Never again
But aside that … we enjoyed every single bit of our trip
