Staff were excellent! Made me feel at home. The pool bar team were a highlight for me. Raul, Alejandro, and team are really friendly and made excellent drinks. The Micheladas and Quemaditos were delicious.
The pool had a really friendly atmosphere. Sebastian, Daniel, Tino lead fun activities throughout the day. Really loved Pool Volleyball, Mexican Show, Brazilian night, and the World Cup inauguration viewing.

Hotel Solaris is a great place to spend your vacation in a pleasant atmosphere. It's clean, and the food is perfect for every taste. It has a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you and we hope to see you again.

This was probably the best trip we have ever had as a family! The staff was so nice, helpful, friendly I mean all of the above! We all talked about how we will definitely be coming back! Huge shout out to Hazel from reception so sweet and helpful, Isidro the waiter for making sure our family of 15 always sat next to each other and roxana for overall being so helpful 24/7 I mean amazing woman she the main reason we are coming back!
