Beautiful, quaint property, right at the heart of the San Jose Arts District. Great staff, great food, wonderful stay.

I will never go back to those so called all inclusive resorts. This place is beautiful! Nestled right in the center of the art district of Los Cabos. I was treated like VIP from the start. Greeted with a refreshing drink and towel and called by name at check in! You are treated like family. I am very impressed by everything I have seen here. The organization, the amenities, everything was perfect. If you can swing it, try to stay on a Thursday night during the Art Walk Night. The streets are lined with amazing local talented artists, food and music, just amazing. I will be back. 10 stars!

Asked for high level room on quiet side of property; received most noisy side, low room. The hotel grounds are new (so pictures are cool) interior of rooms is NOT new at all, so it is maybe a 2.5 star hotel at best. LOCATION is everything with this stay and why I chose & will stay again.

Casa Natalia is a lovely little place nestled across from a downtown square. You can't beat the location for convenience and everything except the swimmable beaches were within walking distance. The staff Ceasar, Anjelica, Eduardo, Enrique, Diego and so many others made our 10 day stay so relaxing and pleasant and worked so hard to keep the hotel and restaurant neat and tidy and running smoothly. Anjelica in particular was right there to address any requests we had - housekeeping, beach club reservations, taxis, etc., and also to greet us with a warm smile everytime we returned to our room. There were some minor issues but nothing really disruptive for us. Fair warning for others though that the bed we had was very very firm. Thankfully we were ok with it but this may be an issue for anyone who needs more comfort. Also, because it's right "downtown" it is fairly noisy early in the morning and late in the evening (traffic and late night bands). Earplugs work wonders! Another slight disadvantage is that there's no all inclusive and there is no coffee or fridges in the rooms. There is however, wonderful complimentary coffee/tea and drinking water at the bar, so you don't need to buy bottled water unless you prefer (tap water not recommended for drinking). A private patio with table and chairs and a hammock was a really nice feature that we used every morning. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would stay again. Thanks everyone at Casa Natalia!

We had a great visit here! The staff were helpful and pleasant. A really enjoyable stay overall.

We were put in a corner room overlooking the restaurant. Very old and run down. Music was blasting at all times.
