My of three reserved the king suite with sleeper sofa and private patio. The space worked well for our different sleep schedules and we enjoyed eating our takeout dinner on our private patio. The Japanese toilet in our room was a nice surprise. The property overall seems relaxing with lots of leafy garden areas.

So, to frame this review I specifically chose this property due to the proximity to The Mountain Winery, which brought me to the area. Also I do not like to stay at “chain” properties.
This is definitely an old style motel type property, one employee at the desk, outdoor entrances. The room was definitely small, but included a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. The carpet definitely needs replacing and the entire room could use a refurbishing. There were quite a few ants we noticed upon arrival, but nothing major.
We were allowed to check in early and check out late with no fee which was great. We only stayed one night. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure, but like everything I feel the place could use a refresh. Also, the price while probably reasonable for the area, seemed high for the product. Skip the free breakfast and walk to town.
