The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The access to the pool and beach was super amazing. We did a Christmas photo shoot at the beach in front of the hotel and my man asked me to Marry him during our shoot! Such a beautiful property!

This property was clean & beautiful. The rooms were spacious, hot tub was hot, and the heated pool felt great to swim in on the breezy night! We loved the beach access and enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was remodeled & very clean w/great free breakfast. Would love to see boardwalk to beach. Enjoyed 2 outdoor showers to use when coming back from beach. Love layout of room & den/tv & bed/tv. That meant we were able to sit on couch & watch TV & not have to only watch from bed like most hotels. Appreciate bath gel/shampoo/conditioner in shower & not little travel bottles. Very much appreciate shower head that moves up/down vertically for tall/short people & also becomes a handheld. Tiki bar service was great but don't expect a lot of alcohol in drinks & they are expensive at $12 each for small cups. The things we didn't like about our stay had nothing to do with the hotel & everything to do w/rude guests. People who get to pool @ 8 a.m. to stake their claim never letting anyone else sit in those chairs until it gets dark because they put their stuff there. When they leave for hours they leave their stuff. The multiple families w/6+ kids in each family who monopolize the 2 pools/jacuzzi & don't share w/ the rest of the hotel. Kids under 5 who don't wear swim diapers. I could go on & on. The hotel definitely needs more chairs/umbrellas. It was mid-Sept and chairs were full each day. Can't imagine what it's like in summer.

We loved everything about our stay at the Springhill Suites Pensacola Beach! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice. Location was perfect with the trolley stop right outside and some fun dining options right across the street. All common areas were clean. The guest rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We especially loved how well maintained the pools were. The gentlemen that maintain the pools do an excellent job. The pools were crystal clear clean! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Pensacola Beach! Highly recommend!

Beach side resort can have a lot of sand, but the staff is working diligently for cleanup. There is an easy access to restaurants and shopping, it seems one can order food from outside too at poolside. All 3 pools are fun for kids and adults. The staff is friendly.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to & may I add I travel ALOT. It’s kid friendly, BEAUTIFUL VIEWS, the breakfast is ight lol the staff is supper sweet, the maids are super helpful, you literally save a fortune just with everything the hotel has to offer. I loved my stay and I just want to thank everyone who works hard to make sure families enjoy themselves. :) me & my family are super grateful for our stay.

We loved the staff, so friendly and accommodating. The facility was beautiful and it’s location is best of the best! Our only complaint was that two nights in a row someone pooped in 2/3 pools shutting them down for guests. The reason we booked was to let our daughter swim one more day before leaving for home. The price wasn’t cheap and it was awful to pay the price and then not be able to utilize the pool! I know it’s not the hotels fault, but I feel like the stay should have been credited more than $90 since I paid $529 for my room.

It was clean with very comfortable beds but 2 TVs is not necessary. I would rather have had 2 sinks. Very small bathroom.

I highly recommend this hotel, it’s on the beach, it’s walking distance from the pier, shops and restaurants! The most comfortable beds, super nice rooms, amazing complementary breakfast, incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico! The only thing I would complain about is the price per night for the room, but worth it!

This was our second stay at SpringHill & this stay was as wonderful as our first. The staff from the front desk to the bartenders to the gentlemen who care for the pool are extremely friendly & helpful. The layout of the hotel & pool area is welcoming & easy to navigate. We are already planning our stay for next year ☺️

We enjoyed the breakfast, pools and beach access. Didn't like that our room wasn't ready until 6pm and the bathroom in our room didn't have a fan.
