First time staying here and we will be back. Perfect place close to the beach, groceries and dinner out. Had all the amenities needed in our kitchen. Take note that all communication is through texting however they are prompt in replying. Quaint little beachy apartment style room.

This motel isn't bad, but it's not that great either. There is no office or staff on site, communication is all through text or email. You may catch a cleaning person in the morning hours, but they only give u towels or toilet paper. And they're stingy about that as well. We needed our toilet fixed and that took a day because there's nobody on site. The bed is as HARD AS A ROCK!! I'm not that picky, but this was the worst bed I've been on. It's very big, king, but hard and the blanket is as thin as a sheet as well. The room was clean, and the kitchen is fine, even though we didn't use it. Having a full size fridge is nice. (Rm 2). No ice machine on site though. You have to wash everything you use, and take out all your trash upon check out. The ac worked okay, but it's super loud. You can't hear anything outside when it's running, but if you don't like loud you won't hear anything inside either. Lol, jk.
On the good side, the pool isn't bad. Heated I think, didn't go all the way in. And it's in a great location to commercial street bars and restaurants 5-8 min walk, and good location to the beach. 3-5 min walk. Also, publix, dunkin and dollar store are also only 7-10min walk down the street. There are community chairs to use for the beach in the pool house, but only a few good ones and beach towels are small. I don't know if we'd stay here again, mainly because of the bed, but it is in a good walkable location for the fun things in town.

This place is run by robots or artificial intelligence only, no staff available to assist with anything. For two adults for two nights, they had only two packs of coffee, one paper cup and one plastic cup. When I asked for more coffee and more cups, they refused. Same with any and every request: they are hell-bent on not having any staff on-site or otherwise available. Whatever you might ask for, the answer will be "sorry, no." Yet they text you these fake, phony insincere messages like "how was your check-in?" and "how are things going?" but the answer to any request will be "no." My check-in was a nightmare. Having already paid $300+ for two nights, they refused to provide me with an access code to get into the room unless I texted them photos of my driver's license and a photo of myself. I had to be creative and innovative to finally obtain the correct phone number to talk to a human being, since their listed numbers all went to voice-mail. When I did finally get through to talk to a person, she was not able to provide any practical help at all. I will never stay here again.

The beds are like a rock . No staff on premises at all ! No clean towels, was told to wash them at pay washer located on property by person I had to contact by phone . Pool was dirty the whole week . The beds are so bad I cannot even put in to words what an awful experience. Location was good .

Mattress was hard as a rock and damp . The ac was very loud and the fan made a funny noise . Black mold in bathroom in window track . Overall a 3 at best . No tissues or ice machine too .

This is a very basic property but it is very clean and taken care of. This is not fancy but if you are looking for a clean and basic budget stay in a great walkable location you should stay here. You enter with a code and only deal with staff through text or you can call them…that said they are very kind and responsive.

Two star despite the pool. The building location is great, one block to the beach entrance, three blocks fom restaurants and free parking. Other than that it was disappointing despite the good price compared to other options offered on Expedia.The bed is hard and noisy with low quality bedding. Towels are thin, two had holes.The room is not well maintained, for example the plank flooring is separating, cracked and mildewy caulk in bathroom at the tub. The toilet tank is probably very rusty inside because the water is yellow once flushed, no bathtub stopper nor screen. The celing fan lights turned on by themselves at random times, so we had to turn them off at night. The wall AC was so loud that someone else called to have it fixed, we also had to turn it off at night, it was cold in FL otherwise we would have called. All communication is done via text, I attempted calling the office twice, both times for lock issues, but no one answered, however the text replies are prompt and courteous, you have to reply to the text where they send you the room number and code, not on expedia.

This is first “hotel” that asked us to take garbage out after checking out, and to wash dishes! That was so strange! I’m surprised they didn’t ask to mop the floor before leaving!

The property is in a great location with easy walking to the beach and local restaurants.
However the property could do with a makeover. The main bedroom was ok, recently decorated but the bathroom was poor. The outside pool area is tired with only 5 sunbeds of which 2 were damaged. Which is a shame as the pool is quite a sun trap and west facing.

Do not expect someone to clean your room, it's up to you. Only about 12 rooms. Nice pool; has a pay washer and drier. Restaurant and grocerys are within walking distance as is beach.

The facility was nice and fairly well maintained. The room was more like a one bedroom efficiency apartment.

The only issue I had was the wifi which was very weak, but still functional. It’s a small complex, centered around a pool which is taken care of. Also about a 5 minute walk from the beach, which was nice. The only thing I had a problem with, really, was the parking. It’s directly on a main thoroughfare and is limited in capacity.
There is a Publix grocery store a block and a half away, that makes it easy to shop for food.
My stay was very quiet, pleasant and relaxing.

Tried calling the day prior to check in to get instructions, left several messages and calls were not returned. Would prefer to be able to talk to someone in person. It was immaculate. It is an older property that is very well supplied. There is a kitchen, and bedroom with a ceiling fan and flat screen tv. Unfortunately we found the bed too firm.
Outside is a pool, lounge chairs and a grill.

It was absolutely dreadful when we arrived .I was expecting somebody with an office to explain everything to us I had to get on the phone and waited about 2 hours for somebody to finally get me a room number and code for the door . Then we could not use the door lock. Thankfully one of the cleaning ladies was around to show us.
The television was useless, do you expect us to pay for the TV as well, everything was streaming and cut off after 10 minutes requesting us to pay. Another thing ,what is it with washing the dishes and taking out the garbage ,never heard of such a thing in my life ,what are we paying for ..finally you took out my money on the day I booked my trip, you should have waited until I finished my vacation before billing me.

I was woken up by pounding on my door early in the morning. The door was being hit so hard it shook. And someone screaming, open up now or I’ll call the police! I went to the door and said, who are you and why do you want in my apartment? The maniacal man kept slamming the door and shouting, I am the owner, and if you don’t open up now, I will call the police. I look out the window to see a heavily tattooed man in a T-shirt. I repeated, why do you want in? I open the door but stayed in the doorway, and said, Why are you screaming and slamming on the door. Evidently, as I had arrived after their office hours, and did an advance check-in, where I prepaid, there had been one form among those in the envelope I got, that had needed signing. A simple oversight, that could have been handled with normal courtesy. This owner is very unbalanced. He never apologized. Run from this property. I am still considering a civil suit against him. You never want to be around this violent man.
