I’ve stayed in this hotel over 11 times and I’ve never been disappointed. Rooms are always clean. Services is always exceptional. The pool is always clean and ready to go. They have free coffee in the morning too.

The wifi was terrible. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It did not seem value for money as this was the most expensive motel we stayed in between San Francisco and Santa Barbara over the last week of touring.

Well a very polite chap welcomed us and checked us in quickly, the room we'd have to say was a little rough around the edges but it was clean, beds were comfortable and the towels looked and felt like new. The only down side was the nearby road noise, but was expected.

Noice level control is very bad, I can hear the next room is talking from 4am - 8am in the morning. Can you upgrade the walls between rooms so we would not over heard the noices from other guests? We cannot sleep over night!

Not a horrible stay, but the microwave didn't work. We told the front desk about it just so they wouldn't charge us for a new one. Kinda got a "so" reaction. Could have been a tad bit cleaner.

Staff is very accommodative and want to help customers. hotel is old, not much sound insulation esp. ground floor rooms and double bed rooms are suitable for 2 and not for 2 adults 2 kids.

Very friendly front desk person. Would stay here again- for the price point, you really can’t complain. Room smelled faint of smoke but its close to impossible to find a hotel room where that isn’t the case. Easy remedy is to bring an air freshener of your choice, febreeze etc.

I have stayed here many times. The manager Aharon and his staff are always friendly and helpful with accommodations. The rooms are always very clean and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Remarkably clean and updated rooms, I had modest expectations for Motel 6, but they exceeded them. Noise from the highway is quite strong, but this is expected based on location. Otherwise, perfect hotel!

Check in was smooth. WiFi was inconsistent. I had to pack up and go to a coffee shop to work. That’s a deal breaker for the future. Refrigerator froze everything. When the clerk adjusted it, I came back to water all over the floor. Night clerk had no suggestion other than to give me towels to dry the floor and offer to move rooms. Frig never did work properly. Good location.

I am surprised this hotel got so many great reviews. Maybe it happens that I got a bad hotel room and not so great guest on the same day. Bed sheets had pen marks on them. Towels still have hairs stuck on them. NO hairdryer in my room. The worst thing is even I got a non-smoking room, I could smell weeds and smoke in the hallway, and the smell got into my room. Maybe the adults could bare the smells, but not great for the kids.

The people at the front desk were great! The room not so much. It smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigarettes in our nonsmoking room, mold in our shower, our tv went out and stained sheets. Definitely will NEVER stay at a Motel 6 again.

This Motel 6 is a step, and a rather large step, above your average Motel 6. It's still a Motel 6, but is clean, safe, easy to get to, and operated by friendly, efficient, staff. I'll stay here again whenever I'm in the Santa Barbara area.
