This was a welcome surprise!! We had a lot of trouble finding the hotel (don’t trust google it takes you too far down!!). It’s located at the 2.1km marker. The food at the restaurant was delish and there are 2 pools that my kids loved along with poolside games. Definitely give this place a try. You will not be disappointed!!

This is a very nice hotel although a bit inconvenient as the remodeling did not allow for a big choice in rooms. The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping services were the best. In spite of telling hotel staff every single morning, I did not, at one time, have hot water. The only solution would have been for me to change rooms which was not an acceptable solution for me. i did not have time to pack and then unpack once again. The lack of hot , or even warm water was unacceptable.

It was good , location was very good . We didn’t spend much time in hotel due to family obligations, but it was quiet and pleasant.

This budget hotel offers a great range of amenities. Staff were super helpful. Newly remodeled bathroom was a plus. Spacious rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the poor lighting.

Nice place with big green outdoor areas. The only thing that can be better is the illumination inside the rooms, is a little dark. It needs brighter lamps.

First time staying at El Faro, we stayed for my 40 Birthday and it was amazing. Love the 2 pools, restaurant and convenience location near Crash Boat and the Center of Aguadilla. Visited the Plaza and a local brewery right on the beach near El Parque Colon. Will definitely be back with my husband. LOVE IT fully recommended.

What I like of this property is that is very closed of the beach, mall, restaurants, etc. What I didn’t like is that the AC wasn’t cooling enough.

The hotel is hard to find, you can’t see the terrible sign with no lights. The service was good but the rooms need lighting and updates. Some of the rooms are getting renovated.

Hotel was decent, looks like rooms were updated. Part of hotel was under construction. Bathroom had small roaches and pools were dirty. Otherwise, the place was quiet and good to get through the night

Great hotel for a relax weekend. The location is perfect! Very close to Crashboat beach, stores, and restaurants. The food of the restaurant inside the hotel is excellent!
