El mejor lugar de Aguadilla, buen precio y excelente estadía.

Estuvo excelente, uno de los empleados de limpieza nos ayudó a bajar las maletas por la escalera, excelente ser humano.

Vacaciones memorables en familia

Facilidades accesibles y cerca de todo. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estadía memorable.. cerca de vías principales, vida nocturna, restaurantes y playas. El restaurante del Faro, 100% recomendado.

.mejoraría la iluminación del cuarto y en nuestra estadía, una de las piscinas necesitaba mantenimiento, pues el agua estaba no muy clara, pero en general todo muy bonito.

Limpieza excepcional, agua caliente, cafetera, nevera.

No hay actividades, ni siquiera se escucha música en las áreas comunes y los canales de televisión son muy pocos. Solo interactuamos con el personal de recepción y muy pocas veces, también de todos los lugares donde nos hemos quedado el mattress ha sido el más incomodo de todos. Las cortinas deberían ser diferentes ya que si se abren para que entre un poco de luz (el cuarto es bastante oscuro) cualquiera te puede ver desde el exterior y realmente es muy oscuro.

Pool was enjoyable. The restaurant was a hidden jewel. You need to advertise that better. Food choices and prices were excellent.

The mold that was obvious on the wall and bathroom ceiling is a problem that needs to be addressed. The maid missed towels 1 day.

The beds have to be changed matress got to go. pillow top must. Towels and sheets got go buy new sheets ones and sheets. other than that very good

El Faro - Aquadilla

The staff was very friendly & helpful. Pool was great, Beds were comfy Restaurant was a plus but slightly pricey. Food was delicious!! Location was awesome

My room had an issue with water bugs...the flying ones yuck!! I had to buy bug spray. My brother & my nephew's rooms had no such issue. another thing I saw was room service was slacking for my room. Did they know of an issue with this room>? All we received were new towels, no toiletries - sometimes garbage was left behind. I would tie it up, to avoid bugs. When we asked the person that was doing housekeeping, about our service. they said someone else would be servicing us. that someone never came. It is a great place but retrain your cleaning dept.

Nice bar and restaurant. Modern and clean rooms. Nice personnel.

The big pool needs resurfacing. LCD tv but analog cable.

overall was good

property is really nice, the Bohío rest excellent and the staff was great

the only issue was that there was a broken A/C two rooms down from ours and the noise was like a power hammer hitting the ground. was all night! phone was not letting me call front desk, at 4am we couldn’t handle it anymore and had to go down to the front desk so they could check what was happening. would like a discount as we did not rest.

Good place to rest and relax

Pools were nice and clean, the rooms were clean. They said there would be no housekeeping but in the end, there was, which was a nice surprise. Nice gardens. WiFi is great. It's quiet and tranquil.

Room was dark. Especially in the area where the safe is located. Shower was a bit on the low pressure side Restaurant was closed, so needed to eat out EVERY meal. Location is a bit out of the way, but nothing is too far in PR anyway.

Very very nice Parador. Very clean and very roomy room. Comfy beds and nice pillows.

The room was very good and clean and the beds very comfortable. Good pillows. Very nice 2 pools available and a basketball court. Very nicely kept grounds. We will be back. Loved the airplane.

We wished the bar area would’ve been open. Also better TV cable. Very limited channels.

Friendly Small hotel

Great No-frills hotel near great beaches ... very well kept, clean and secluded ... the restaurant is open on weekends only, But there are ample places to eat just across the street (route 107). Ramey base us just down the street ...Clean pools and very quiet, sunscreen a most .... comfortable bed/ bone-chilling A/C ... enjoy

The restaurant opens on weekends only .... No mini fridge or Microwave in rooms nor there is a game room although not a deal-breaker. The pool towels were small but sufficient quantity.

Few things to work on

Facilities where clean, check in was easy. Most of the staff was amazing.

Bathroom extractor didn't work, when notified they told me, it wasn't something that will require a room change. Air conditioner didn't' work properly. When I informed it at my departure the person in reception didn't even attempted to take notes, with a simple, ok, left me. Bathroom shower will make hideous noise that maked the whole bathroom vibrate when reaching to warm water. Housekeeping only gave new towels, in my previous stays they leave the room impeccable, not this time. Room 136.
