Our stay was great. Our 2 issues were that the bottoms of the bed were aluminum so every time your foot hit it it would have this loud vibrating sound. Also that our complimentary breakfast was served to us the hot portions, instead of us helping ourselves. However we had access to the cold items and coffee. Other than that our stay was pleasant, we utilize the pizza parlor next door.

Everything is super clean and new. Very friendly staff. However, the room smelled of very strong clean chemical. Also the bedframe had a tin bottom all around. Whenever it comes into contact, the sound is very loud. It’s hard to describe as I have never seen anything like it before.

My wife almost stepped in broken glass on the bathroom floor thats not safe they came and cleaned it up but later she did get a little piece stuck in her foot if i could get some type of reimbursement that would be much appreciated! Or key cash

Hotel was fine. Clean and updated. But the problem was the HVAC system, which was horribly loud. I could hardly sleep. If you're looking for a quiet place, this is not the choice.

Checked in late and everything was perfect. The girl at the desk was most accommodating. Gave usa percet room which was near the pool and on first floor. Room wasnt anything fancy but the bed was comfortable and everything clean.

The people at the feont desk were nice and attentive. I asked for extra pillows and they walked them all the way to my room in less than 5 min. I also needed a last minute crib and they provided one to me .

Overall, our stay was nice. We ended up getting upgraded as the room we reserved wasnt ready yet. The room we were upgraded to was wonderful overall. My only cons were the front entry to our room was dirty (used q-tips), another guest was allowing their son to run up and down the corridors banging something and screaming, and some areas in the bathhrom were missed. We will definitely be back as the three cons will not keep us away.

Clean rooms, nice staff, good breakfast. We were in the rooms with outside doors and that is very noisy. Rooms are not very well insulated for sound and the cleaning staff when they roll the carts past your room sounds like thunder. Rooms were very tight, very little room to move around. For the price it is a good hotel, but the noise is what made this a so so review.

I will certainly look to stay here again the next thing I’m in the area. The front desk staff was super friendly and energetic, even at 10:45pm. The room was very clean, and the breakfast is well done with a helpful and friendly staff.

Brand new, sparkling clean. Comfy bed, nice shower. What I didn't like? We booked a suite and there was plenty of room - but very little furniture. The bedroom had plenty of space for a nice chair. But it was empty. The living room had a a sofa, coffee table and a small desk and chair. No lamp - only overhead lighting. There was plenty of space for a small kitchen table and a couple chairs to sit and eat. But it was empty - so unusable. A little disappointing when the reviews are so positive.

Had no idea this was an outside hotel, will not be returning here. We’re used to being in an indoor hotel, a lot safer and you don’t have to worry about losing your parking spot

We enjoy staying here. The staff is friendly and there is free hot breakfast. The only complaint is the floors in the room make your feet black. I know they clean the floors but they probably just need to change the cleaner or dilute it with more water. We would stay here again.

For the past few stays, I have noticed this hotel take a dive on cleanliness. A few times, the restroom sink faucet has been bad, the first time the faucet was burned and the second time the faucet was dangling unsecured. Twice i got the same room 144. Twice I complaint to the front desk, but it seems to me that they don't care.

This is a decent motel for the price and area. We were looking for a budget just to stay in town near family for the holidays. This wouldn't be our first option but for the money it was good.

I would have given a 5 but I wanted to extend my stay, I was told that the VARO Debit and Credit card was not accepted. I was shocked because I made the reservation with the card and paid in full $884 plus the deposit. The receptionist was rude had to call the manager who was pleasant but condescending in her speech Won’t use their hotel chain again!!! I had to pay cash for another nights stay so I wouldn’t have to wait until 3pm to find another hotel chain. They don’t tell you up front in there advertising that they’re certain credit and debit cards they don’t Take if I would have known in advance I wouldn’t have checked in period. Manger blamed her staff that checked me in that I was there mistake. Hotel. Com should know these things too.

11/16 SureStay Hotel Theresa Front agent 9:50pm Upon arrival while checking in I was asked for my ID and a credit or debit card for the $100 deposit, I advised her that we had cash, reason we don’t use a card is the delay in receiving the deposit refund, we’re always told the same story…” we’ve refunded it on our side, it’s up to your bank when you get it back!” Yea not gonna happen. Theresa went further and untaped a piece of paper that was stuck underneath the counter on her side, which had a list of cards they don’t accept, our debit card is with NetSpend, the bank is N.A Bancorp she again stated that her boss who is the owner made the rules not her. I stated that the no where on the website does it state that, she said on “their website “ she didn’t know the website When I asked her where on the website, and to confirm it was the correct hotel I asked her were they “best western SureStay” she said no they weren’t the same, they are all owned by different owners? And again couldn’t give me the website where she says it’s stated on the first page. She then offered to call Expedia to explain and so we could get our money back. I asked who she spoke to at Expedia, she didn’t get a name. She again stated that those are the rules she didn’t make them but isn’t gonna get fired for not following the rules, she gave me the manager’s card told me to call Raquel who could answer my questions. My debit card is a bank card, total nonsense.
