The facilities were nice and clean , easy to get to from Monterrey Bay about 10-15 minutes away . Restaurants and stores located near by . The only thing I was disappointed about was the “breakfast “ all we got was a cup of aActivia yougurt, cookies and a banana or orange. I think the contents of breakfast should be disclosed so that guest have an idea and are not disappointed the way we were .

They helped us change room to the first floor since my mom can't climb the stairs.

This place was affordable and clean. The room was clean and in good condition. We did have one lamp shade that was torn. The only issue we encountered was the housekeeper waking us up at 8:45am. I didn’t get to the door in time and they proceeded to enter our room.

Staff really nice and accommodating! Property and room clean and maintained! Blow dryer, microwave and fridge worked great. And my room had a balcony no extra charge!!! Thank you!
