Its location is perfect. Right next to a bus stop to the station, right behind it is a grocery and department store. Get a room with a view of the lake, it’s worth it! Breakfast is also very good, lots of variety.

A very good place to stay for a few days in Lugano, right in front of the beautiful lake and in the best area of the city for exploring on foot. The staff were extremely kind, and the room was very comfortable, except for the bathtub, whose base is curved rather than flat, making it somewhat unsafe in terms of maintaining balance.

Breakfast was a very good and the room was charming. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. We did find the shower ackward to stand in, because the tub narrowed. The staff was friendly and helpful.
