We've stayed at this property many times, happy to see the inside remodel is almost complete - long overdue. The outside will be next I'm sure. Property is very convenient to the interstates as well as a variety of stores and restaurants. A car is necessary tho.

Hotel was okay, but we had a leaking bathtub that had standing water in it when we arrived because the plug was not. The mattresses were old and had no support so sleepers sunk in uncomfortably.

Hotel is nice but during my stay under construction. Noisy between construction and Road. The location is good for many reasons and close to the airport. No fitness center it was closed but looked like it was only a couple treadmills. Not much for fitness. Very nice breakfast Buffet. Good selection, fresh and pretty good for what it is. Good coffee.

The room I was in was falling apart (toilet paper holder fell off wall, shower fixture nearly came out and didn't have a "stop" when I turned it on), but the staff is awesome and breakfast is tolerable.

This is a good hotel in a convenient location. Easy access to a main highway and close to a shopping and dining area. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast was good with both comfort and healthier options.

Gap under the door to the room is over an inch.. so you can hear EVERYTHING in the hallways all night. All three pieces of workout equipment are out of order, which should be told to people trying to book a room. Overall the hotel needs updating and some basic amenities added to compete with other local hotels.

Property was ok. Looked like it had been remodeled. Room still had some issues: deadbolt didn’t work, toilet ran nonstop, iron didn’t work, not all the electrical plugs worked. Just didn’t feel it was worth the $

The front desk staff was very friendly. I did not arrive until a day later due to flight delays and the staff was very accommodating!

The toilet kept running after use a d I would have to jiggle the handle at least twice. The bed wasn’t made for the 2nd night nor were there any new linens and the room wasn’t swept. When I checked out, the front desk person was too busy on their phone to acknowledge me.

Overall had a very good stay and would stay there again. The breakfast was good each day. The only concern was the lack of wash cloths in the room. The first night there no wash cloths and the front desk hand two extra and they were the last ones. Second night, room had one wash cloth went to the front desk and there was no extras. The front desk said there weren't sure why housing wouldn't leave extra towels with them. Note: I was sharing a room with a friend.

I booked the handicap accessible room for the grab bars in the shower. Good thing I did as the tub was dirty, super slick and I came close to falling in the shower. The bottom was not cleaned properly leaving a slick film. Next time could be a major injury and a lawsuit.

Nice Holiday Inn, like all the others. Convenient location, nice sized room with amenities like microwave and fridge. Full breakfast in the morning. Only fault was with lack of room service. You must request it or have towels and coffee pods replenished. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

My check in experience was lovely and the room was freshly remodeled. Then, after i fell asleep, there was shouting in the hall and people were shaking my door and trying to get into my room. I was terrified. I called the front desk and the clerk said "that was me" and she yelled at me for being in the wrong room. I told her that I had been given this room---that the number was written on my key and my key worked. She continued to berate me until i finally asked if she wanted me to get dressed, pack up, and move. She said i could stay in my room but I was so stressed out i couldn't sleep for a long time.

Looks like in process of remodeling. Crates out back by parking lot and items stored underneath the stairs. Picked up several screws in parking spaces. Commode in room broke after 2nd flush. It was immediately fixed as soon as I reported it. Otherwise friendly staff and good breakfast.
