Room was quiet and cozy, staff was exceptionally helpful

The front check in clerk was super nice and helpful. Super patient with me and attentive to scheduling another stay.

Five star goes to check in clerk for helping with my itenerary.

I had asked for two queens and got a large double. This made for a very uncomfortable sleeping arrangement.

It was nice. No complaints.

It was a little high. I felt like I was paying for being close to Austin rather than the actual hotel room.

It served its purpose and staff was friendly.

It was close to where we needed to be. Easy access off the highway.

The bathroom has some moldy spots on ceiling. The parking lot is also small. Holiday Inn should work on updating this hotel. It’s a good location.

Superb

Great breakfast. Clean. You need to ask for maid service if you want it but that wasn't a problem and they had an abundance of clean towels when we asked. Loved the 12pm check out time.

Clean and good location but.....

Check-in was quick. I hate when you make a reservation and it takes more than 5 min to check in. The lady checking me in was helpful and efficient and nice. Thanks! Checkout was easy too. Room seemed very clean and the mattresses were just fine.

We reserved a room for five people. But we only got three towels. Went to the front desk to ask for an additional two towels. They didn't provide any additional towels and seemed like they didn't care. Seems kind of odd to not have enough towels for the number of people on the reservation. Shared bathroom for five people on the reservation made for a very steamy bathroom. Seems odd there isn't a ventilation fan. Additionally some of the bathroom repairs seemed a little bit of a hack.

The renovation are beautiful. The hotel is located right off the highway make it super easy to commute. Downtown is only about 10-15 minutes away. This hotel is a nice location and I will definitely be using them on my next trip to Austin.

Good stay at the southwest side of AUSTIN

There are some rebuilding and renovation going on during my stay. I think this was the reason why they gave me a room on the HW side. The room itself is big comfortable and everything works well. Breakfast the standard Holiday Inn, good to start the day.

They gave me a room on the HW side. It was a bit noicy, especialyy if one stays for 5 days. I've been asking for a quiet room 5 days aheady of my arrival!

We were comfortable and pleased with the accommodations.

Breakfast was good; there was variety. The location was not as close to the event we attended as I would have liked, but it was easy to get to. The front desk was responsive.

Not sure if the hotel was undergoing some updates, but the heater in the first room we were assigned didn't work. The front desk attendant checked the unit, then moved us to another room. That room was missing a piece of furniture (ottoman or something that the first room had); however, the room was sufficient.

staff was friendly, breakfast was decent and had a longer window to get some which was nice, room was very clean

minor thing but tub and sink drained very slowly so if taking a shower, you are standing in 3” of water…
