Hotel was very clean and smelled like a spa in the lobby. The room looked brand new due to renovations. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Ms. Ivy at check-in was the best! We did not use any of the amenities at the hotel so cannot comment on that. The hotel is located on the busy Virginia Beach Blvd so the noise was a little annoying but no fault of the hotel. Would stay here again.

Please make this hotel your stay whenever you visit Virginia Beach. They have a wonderful staff that goes above and beyond. I was worried about the rooms after reading the reviews. You have to see this place for yourself. You won't be disappointed. The beds are comfortable. The rooms and bathroom was nice and clean. The hotel is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants. This is my go to hotel whenever I visit Virginia Beach, it's home away from home.
