I had an amazing stay at the hotel. Only problem is when I woke up to get ready to check out, i had 3 huge bumps and a swollen left side of my face. I don't know if it was a spider bite or bed bugs but it was itchy and swollen. Other than that, The breakfast lady was amazing and her breakfast was great.

The stay was great up until the final day, we wanted breakfast and were told that there was no more waffle mix and that breakfast was ending in 30 minutes and the overall attitude for that moment was that we were a bother, my overall experience was a decent stay, comfortable beds, they could do a little cleaning the hallways a bit but that event was terrible customer service and I must say it weighs heavy on my experience because it’s the last impression of my stay. I’m not sure if I will ever return to this hotel to visit again.

The bed was so amazing! Love the mattress and bankets they have. The walk in shower is a lovely perk. Had a few comments that i telayed to the front desk and the night time front desk manager was wonderful with everything and very accommodating. Plenty of parking and the breakfast was good with good hours too. I absolutely would stay here again

The room was not equiped with all the amenity mentioned. One of the light didnt work. Kitchen had no pots or pan. No extra pillow available. The AC didnt work.

Very outdated room. Desk chair was torn burners on stove where nasty looking. Garbage can under sink had old coffee grounds under garbage bag. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Had to ask for clean towels and they never came to clean the room until day 4 of our stay. Hotel.staff was not very friendly at all. There was always stuff laying in the hall way in on the floor of the elevator.

The staff was helpful. One elevator was out of order, the credit card reader was not working, and the the lock was not working on the room. The staff worked through these issues, so I think the staff is great. There is definitely maintenance that needs to be done at this hotel to elevate the experience.

My stay was nothing short of fantastic. The exceptional service, warm and welcoming staff, and attention to detail made it a truly memorable experience. Person at the front desk didn't know what rewards was, which was how I had already paid, and tried to charge me again. Just seems to be the new normal, with everything, so just be sure you don't pay twice if you stay here. Heater for the hot tub and pool is broken as of 11/7, so hopefully they get on fixing that, although they did both smell and seemed neither had been treated in days so doubtful they really care about either of those. The room and breakfast, however, were top notch

The property was very unsatisfactory. We were given a room that was occupied or items were left behind and not cleaned. Had to go back and get another room. Halls were very dirty with food scraps and paper on the floor, obviously had not been vacuumed in awhile. Our room only had one towel and walls had stains and smears and room looked only lightly cleaned. One positive was front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly and apologized for the room mistake and gave us clean towels.

Property in general is outdated and could definitely be cleaner. Staff left dirty dishes in dishwasher that I had to wash. Toilet didn't function properly. No bedding was left in room for the pull out couch. Was told a manager would be up to speak with me and that never happened. Staff did NOTHING to rectify the situation and never offered a discount of any kind. Rather disappointing for a Hilton affiliate.

Room smelled like wet dog. We had to keep the living room window open to keep the smell down. We were just passing through could have been a lot cleaner. The hallways smelled like weed on the 4th floor.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. The property is in desperate need of a remodel. It’s very old and dingy. The rooms are not clean. We found a napkin when we pulled back the covers (could’ve been a lot worse) but it didn’t give me a lot of faith that they change the sheets. At check in neither of the key cards worked and then on our last night the keys stopped working and had to get those reactivated again. The staff doesn’t seem to care about any concerns of cleanliness. I wouldn’t recommend. Usually these types of hotels are nice, but this one definitely wasn’t.

It was a perfect place for us during spring break vacation. Surprisingly Hotel room are beautifully well design color matching with furnitures, Continental Breakfast is delicious, lounge Room is nice & cozy, pool is the best heated pool with SPA for 8 people with outdoor dining tables

I booked a suite so my son could stay on the pull out couch and each adult would have their own bed. We were unable to use the couch because the smell in that room was so awful. The fridge smelled so bad it was unusable. It smelled as if someone had vomited everywhere in the room and it was never cleaned properly. You could visibly see streaks from lack of cleaning on all surfaces of the counters, etc. We didn't use the kitchen area at all due to the smell and grime left on surfaces. We couldn't even put bottled water in the fridge due to the overwhelming, gagging smell upon opening the fridge. On our 2nd night upon returning to the hotel we were yelled at by the night staff for walking on the wrong side of the hall after he had apparently mopped, which wasn't evident from a wet floor or any other indication. Overall, worst experience in a Homewood Suites I've had, which was disappointing as I've stayed at several over the years that have been great.

I enjoyed my stay! The kitchen was very accomodating. The lady with piercings was my highlight she was super friendly and went out of her way for my family. As soon as I walked in to registar I was greeted with smiling faces. Hotel needs to be updated majorly, and those carts are horrible. Go back to the ones you used to have. Bartender was extremly friendly as well. Should have a small radio to play or something. Would definately stay here again

On the baseline, the property was manageable. The nonsmoking room reeks of cigarette smoke recurrent. Experienced this on both the 3rd and 4th floors. No hairdryer. Surface cleaning only. Dental floss and some leftover debris were in the room. This place has spiraled down and real fast. The room heater went off at night, and despite my efforts at the breaker, nothing. The front desk never responded to the heater complaint. Almost dirty and debilitated

Homewood Suites VA Beach/Norfolk experienced a power outage last weekend during my stay & I have yet to be able to speak with a manager regarding my concerns. We booked this location away from the oceanside because of the many features it had...Pool, Hot Tub/Jacuzzi, Bar Lounge, and Breakfast. We were unable to cancel our reservations, even with Hurricane Ian being a factor. We checked into our room on Friday and once we got settled, we left to have dinner and when we decided on having a drink at the bar before heading to the pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the power was knocked out and did not come on until mid-morning Saturday. This outage(even though uncontrolled) basically cheated, us out our weekend getaway. How may you ask? With the power going out on the first night of our stay...none of the luxury amenities that this location offered were available, not to mention any of the basics such as elevator; heating/cooling; television/cable; hot water for a bath...nothing! We thought when the power came back on Saturday morning we'd at least able to get a hot shower and some breakfast, but no! No hot water(it was hot later) & surprisingly no breakfast - not even cold cereal or coffee? Exhausted after getting no sleep our first night - we took a brief trip to the shore for sightseeing and shopping, only to have to return in order to get some rest. Went to dinner locally(too tired to venture far) & turned in early, since checkout was 11am Sunday. When I checked out there was
