horrible, front desk wasn't friendly at all and their AC is out for the whole building. they shouldn't be in service at all

I doubt I will stay at a motel 6 again. I realize this is a budget motel with little amenities. I would have been ok with that. What I was not ok with was the thermostat that wouldn't control the heater. The first leg of my tripI had a heater that wouldn't turn off....ever. the room got so uncomfortably hot. The front desk solution was to give me a box fan. The second leg of my trip (at the same hotel but a few days later) the heater at least was able to be turned off but would not regulate. It was either on or off, no middle. I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it on and off if I got too hot or cold. The beds were very uncomfortable as I could feel the springs poking me on both beds. One of them was concaved from too many guests sleeping on it so everytime I turned over I'd fall into the hole. Housekeeping does not do a very thorough job. There was hair everywhere in noth rooms. One room had black hair in the bed (I'm blonde so pretty sure it wasn't mine). There was hair in the bathroom sink and on the bathroom door. I will say that the staff was very friendly. Everyone i encountered was nice and pleasant to deal with. My issue lies in the property condition and upkeep.

Cigarette and marijuana smoke everywhere at motel. I asked for a room with no smoke smell and from the moment I arrived until I checked out the next morning my room was full of the smell of smoke from nearby rooms and people smoking outside. Thin blanket on bed with nothing else provided, bizarre woman checked me in full of stories from her personal life. Loud neighbors. Worst experience ever.

The front desk clerk Enid was great. The problem was the room. It was very cold even when the heater is at its highest because of the draft coming in from the door. I was with my 90 year old mother and sister. My mother was so cold we had to go home. We booked a room there because we have no water because our pipes were frozen from the storm.

It was very good for the rate we paid. The room was small, but very clean. The water pressure in the shower and sink were very good as well.

Kiley, Bear, Ronald & all the staff were so good during the storm, helping me stay in my current room & even making me coffee! I appreciate the customers service and easy room extension!

Cleanliness is my main concern about this place. The bed sheet has a lot of pilling. I can see hairs in bed and in towels. Other things are acceptable.

Did not get much sleep because apparently guest in the room next to mine was a little to friendly with another woman so his girlfriend decided to slam doors and keep the rest of the guests awake by screaming at him until 3am. Service was excellent guy at the front desk is awesome and room was clean.

There was clumps of long hair in out beds. The curb outside should be painted a little brighter. I fell and slammed up against the building. We only had one towel in our room for 3 people, Office staff was really helpful and had a sense of humor. They were great. Dogs barking all night kept my son awake so we didn't get a restful sleep.

While the renovations to the facility are nice, they really need to invest in some new, higher quality sheets. This had pilled, They felt like 30 year old cheap sheets.

Great location near mall and transit, clean rooms and super helpful and friendly staff. I would recommend this motel 6 to family and friends.

The only problem we had was their was no soap in the room. Had to call the office to ask for some. Maid outside said she didn't have any with her and has to wait till someone from the office broght it to us. We waited about 15-20 minutes. Next time ill make sure i bring extra. Ohh and they dont provide shampoo anymore.

The GM is a younger cocky dude on a power trip that obviously doesn't have kids. He will be an absolute dick if your kids are behaving anything like kids do. He should not be in the position to be the face of this hotel. Other staff was great. Manager beware

Not only is this the most affordable motel in all directions but its clean and within walking and driving distance to shopping and food. We go to a motel at least 2 times a month only because my son and I live apart from his dad. The cost of living is beyond what i can afford and i make 30 a hr. Unfortunately we can't all be under 1 roof and its devastating for both my son and his dad. The beds here are so so comfortable and comfort is what we need as a family when all else sucks. Im glad they ask everyone for ID it gives the feeling of security. Don't let looks fool you because its extremely clean in the rooms and I've stayed in a few. The gentleman that worked 10/22/23 on the night shift was more than helpful, kind and had a good sense of humor. This motel deserves a higher rating and we appreciate you more than I can write down. The staff, the building, the property, the price, everything was great, except the room. No refrigerator, no microwave, no air conditioner, and the TV and light on the wall didn't work until someone fixed something outside the wall a half hour before checkout.

Did not like the property. No way was the bed a queen size, maybe a full. The bed was not level and slanted towards the wall. Felt like I was sleeping with my head lower then the rest of my body. There was no AC. Room was small. Bathroom was clean but there was nowhere to put toiletries as it was just a sink no counter at all. Some noisy people early in the morning. Now I know why rate was as low as it was, but still overpriced considering what you get.

You DO NOT want to stay here. Here's why: 1. No way to adjust the temperature of the room. It was 85° in the room all night and I got NO SLEEP it was so hot. Called the front desk. "Uh yeah, we have the heat on in all the rooms right now. There's no way to change it." It's 70° outside! 2. No toilet paper. REALLY!? Called the front desk. "Uh let me see if we have a spare roll somewhere." WHAT!? You have to dig around for a roll of toilet paper at a hotel!? "Oh I found one. But you'll have to wait a couple hours to get it when the next person comes in for their shift." 3. Locked out of room because key card stopped working. 4. Loud music thumping through the building from somewhere. 5. Druggies and weirdos hanging out around the parking lot. 6. Shower leaks all night.
