Well I really don’t like to complain because I’ve never had to … but the 1sr not was not good didn’t get the room I was supposed to get them the cooling system was not working so it was a bit stuffy and chilly in the morning… I called the front desk the young gentleman said he will give me a $25 discount for Friday night 4/19 room 240 and see about switching me for Saturday nights stay to the room request with a working ac … well they did put us in the room I wanted… talked to the front desk Sunday morning she wasn’t aware of any discount for Friday stay .. still waiting for that call .. I also had some friends stay in the same hotel same thing happened to them !

Well there was a cockroach we found in the room and the floor by the door had dirt. There is no water pressure in the shower and no shampoo. Call and got some shampoo.

The room had a bad sting like mold very bad the windows had mildew around the corner , the faucet for sink water needs repair and water cannot ne controlled it came super hot only, the shower was leaking by the shower on top and alsocould not take shower comfortably because you not regulate it

Perfect for our stay. Close to our Beer Fest Event! Uber ride was convenient Breakfast place was awesome! The Nest We will be back next year

The rooms were terrible! They need an upgrade, first room in the middle of the night lots of water came down pouring through the shower from upstairs, Next day We wet to office and very nice the apologies and gave us a new room, but this room had no microwave or no fridge like we had in our first room, we went to the office and they were very nice and patience to give us an other room with microwave in a fridge but sadly the air conditioning didn’t work and the bathroom door didn’t close, we were frustrated and embarrassed to go back and talk to him so we just decided just to stay in the room. I felt a little embarrassed because I wanted to give my boyfriend a little special nice room for his birthday but overall I gotta say it was a very good customer service, but the rooms really need an upgrade. We couldn’t even see the TV because it was just too dark. We couldn’t see their faces sucked but like I said, customer service was good.

Room was dirty, there was graffiti all over the room (someone really hates ami) heater did not work, they gave us a space heater but it was an inconvenience.

If you don’t absolutely need to stay here, DON’T! We had very “active” upstairs neighbors at all hours of the day.. when we tried to complain about it we were then told there’s nothing they could do. To our surprise, our neighbors worked were the ones running the office. The entire place is filled with tweakers and homeless.

toilet had a leak so it flushed all night. and the wall turnoff valve was also broken so this problem has been there a long time. I was also given a room very hard to get too. and vacant rooms were all over the place.

Check in was fine. But as the temperature dropped I noticed the heater did not work. Changed rooms. Still no heat. Talked with three people at the desk and heard different stories. We will drop off a portable. Nothing. Froze my butt off.

Small room. It was cold and asked front desk regarding the heat told us they will bring portable heater for the two rooms that we booked but until we checked out no one came to deliver the heater. None of us slept because it was cold and they do not even have the comforter in the room. All of us had headache the next day. Such an unpleasant stay. I mentioned it to the girl the next day when we checked out but she just ignored me and just said you are good to go.

There was no toilet paper in the room. The heater did not work because the thermostat did not have a face; only the innards were visible. The toilet seat was extremely loose. The bathroom door latch plate was hanging loose from the bottom screw. I stopped by the office to report the room condition only to be told there was not heat in any of the rooms because the building's heater was broken. The OAT was 25deg F this morning

They had bedbugs and when I went to go tell them no one was there and when I brought it up at checkout the lady was like why didn’t you come in here and tell the person who was on duty and I said because I came and ring the little bell like it said and no one came so my sister and I had to sleep in my car.

The night staff was very helpful, the room was over priced, it was dirty, no wash clothes, no coffee, I could see light through the door where someone had kicked it open, but I was thankful to get a room.

I travel. A lot. Suffice it to say Ive stayed in all types of housing around the world. And this was one of the worst stays I have ever had, primarily because of the way the staff treated my elderly parents. I got to the motel early, as this was a special trip for my parents, and I wanted to make sure everything was adequate. The room was a little cold (found out later the heat did not work) and so I asked for an extra blanket for my parents. They gave me one, and I put it in their room. An hour later, it was missing. I went and asked for another, and was told it would be put in their room. We went out, and when we got back at 10 pm--no blanket. Went to the front desk again, asked for a blanket, was told there would be one brought to their room. 1 AM, still no blanket, and no heat. My mom, freezing and in tears, was ringing the bell at the front desk to no avail. My dad had to go and knock loudly on the "Employees Only" door, to finally get a blanket. Because of the stress and the cold, my father had a COPD attack, and almost had to be hospitalized. The staff was uncaring and unresponsive, and I will never go to this motel again.

I like that it was available and didn't charge a two night minimum. Did not like that it was the barest motel ever. No trash can, no hair dryer, just coffee in the morning. I will still book through Travelocity but I will not stay at a Motel 6 again.

Room stark, old and rundown. Graffiti on bathroom door. Entry door pealing paint, door not closing well, warped. Tv controller broken. Old towels, greying with stains and hole in middle. Worried about bed bugs!!! Never again! Worst motel 6 ever!

I try to apply for another night at 3:00 a.m. and was told to wait till 6:00 a.m. well now that 6:00 a.m. is rolled around and I try to get another room for cheaper I was told I could not that the gentleman that was on at 3:00 a.m. kind of screwed me over on another night and a discount

The shower had absolutely no pressure and water was coming out of the shower head all over the place. The drain cover kept coming off. We were provided 2 pillows for a queen for 2 people and were told the hotel had no extras. The AC fan was SO loud all night. The light fixtures in the lobby have so many webs and dead bugs around them. The fitted sheets they put on the bed did not even fit so they wouldnt stay on the corners and you can see there is no mattress protector.

The over priced room was of low quality no microwave no refrigerator stay in bed sheets stain pillowcases, broken pieces in the lighting fixture in the shower and a lot of smokers in a non-smoking area. It was definitely not worth $90. I found that incredibly incredibly overpriced for such a low and low quality room, the inflation is making it virtually impossible for people to find a place to stay on vacation

Upon arriving, the clerk gave us the key card. We went ahead and once we arrived to our room, wow, the room reeked of cigarette smoke and the TV was missing. We went back and informed front desk, this time the female that assisted us was like “really, there was a TV before “. She did give us a new room. Felt very unsafe as there were many homeless people roaming thru the parked vehicles. The second night, the car alarm went on, we peeked thru the window and there was this vehicle with the driver inside parked next to our car. Once we were able to stop the alarm, the vehicle left, but we did feel very nervous.

AC unit given to me was a roll in plug in, when I turned it on it blew out some of the mustiest air i’ve ever smelled, it we t away after a minute but man it felt like they don’t really care about the upkeep quality of the appliances in the room

When we got there, the sheets did not even fit on the bed. There were cigarette holes and Burns in the top sheet. There was a lot of strange people staying at the hotel. And they were very loud at two and three in the morning. It’s a very convenient motel. But that’s about it.

This motel is absolutely horrific. Brown pillows beds that are so worn rooms are dilapidated, holes in furniture, curtains falling off, not budget or value just a disgusting mess. The staff are working with a terribly managed motel and tried their best to find us a clean room and after three rooms found one but it smells horrible and the beds are beyond disgusting. There is a gas station across the street but nothing else for food or dining. Don’t come here.
